Power is 50 AMPS! There is also plenty of room for tent campers. I have another listing for tent camping that offers 3 sites. It's called Tent and Vehicle Camping-No Hook-Ups. My adjacent 4 acre parcel has trails. Solo women campers welcome, this is a safe non-creepy place to stay. This is my private property, you and your stuff are safe and secure. You can go exploring for the day and no one will bother your campsite. The property has views of the Whetstone and Huachuca Mountains. Whetstone is a dark skies place, we have stars! My ranch has a friendly/family-style vibe. This is staying at your friend's place. I have WiFi and great cell service. You must arrive by dark. I will close the gates at dark.
There is a private pool and pool house, the adjacent garage has a restroom, refrigerator, microwave and coffee table. I have 2 cabanas available for campers' use, they have tables and chairs. One has room for tents. I have a very clean landscaped property. Lots of bird watching here also. There are 2 varieties of quail who visit daily as well as Desert Cardinals, Cactus Wrens, Curved Billed Thrashers and song birds. You will hear coyotes at night. You might see javilina, rabbits, maybe a bobcat!
The road is also quiet. I am off Hwy 82, there is some hwy traffic noise. My property is natural on 3 sides. Looking North, West and South are all-natural views.. 4200 ft elevation. Excellent views.
Camping spots are dirt and gravel.
