Full hookups 30 amp service. Water and sewer. Trash and recyclable bins. Your RV spot has plenty of room from the size of a travel trailer to a Class A 45 footer and toad or boat trailer. Seperate outdoor living in the back is bbq and dining table and chairs. Corn hole and Darts. We sit on a corner lot. Very quiet in comparison to most residential neighborhoods. We are approx. 20 minutes to launch at site 6. 10 minutes to grocery store. 15 minutes to downtown and restaurants. 5 minutes to BLM. Laughlin in 70 minutes. Kingman 70 minutes. Vegas 2.5 hours. Phoenix 3.5 hrs. Animals may not be left on property without owner.
