The site easily accommodates everything from travel trailers to Class A motorhomes up to 45 feet, with additional space for a toad or boat trailer. The property features a separate outdoor living area in the back, complete with a BBQ, dining table, and chairs—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Guests can also enjoy outdoor games like cornhole and darts. Located on a quiet corner lot, this spot offers a peaceful setting compared to most residential neighborhoods. Conveniently situated: ~20 minutes to launch at Site 6 ~10 minutes to the nearest grocery store ~15 minutes to downtown and restaurants ~5 minutes to BLM land ~70 minutes to Laughlin and Kingman ~2.5 hours to Las Vegas ~3.5 hours to Phoenix Pets are welcome but may not be left unattended on the property.
