Ride the hundreds of miles of ORV trails (ATV, UTV, dirtbike). Porta-Potty onsite, as well as one weekly black tank service. Tent, van, or campers welcome. We are bordering the Shoshone National Forrest with amazing views. Our sites are as close to federal land as you can get, with electric and water hook ups. The location is beautiful. The ride up union pass is a well maintained dirt road, we got in late and had to drive it in the dark (would not recommend if you can avoid) but the road was wide enough to manage opposite direction vehicles. The spot was easy to find and get set up, the front to back leveling was a little step but side to side was good. Spot #2 still has line and neutral crossed so you'll need to use power from spot #1.

Had a lot of fun during our stay. It is a very beautiful area and the most dog friendly camp we have been to. Our dogs were able to play off leash in the field with all the local dogs. Was able to do a UTV rental out of season with just a couple days notice before our arrival. Tim had tons of trail recommendations and was a lot of fun to talk with.

Directions were easy to follow. There was about 5 miles or so of unpaved road up the mountain to the sites. The sites were all lined up, kind of close to each other. There was also the rental shop and a restaurant/bar in the same area. We didn’t try the restaurant but it was open. There was a really big field across the road that we were able to let the doggos run free, off leash.

The Longhorn is a lovely and very well-equipped RV park. The sites are not all lined up in a row and crammed in. Each one has its own breathing room. We are not normally RV Park guests, but we needed to take care of some business and this was the perfect place. The river that runs through it is a lovely river. We highly recommend this resort.

We pulled a camper trailer from Illinois to Union Pass campground and then stayed onsite for a few days. It was wonderful! Wildlife and beautiful vistas each day. We rented a side by side to trek around in the Shoshone National Park and absolutely loved it!

We stayed a couple of nights here and enjoyed it! It was easy to get to and directions to our spot were clear. It’s secluded and quiet, but also offers a small bar (dogs are allowed inside!) and general store. We will definitely be back!

Our site was on the back side along the river with a beautiful view of the river and badlands. The sites here a more spread out with lots of trees and shade. The full hookups worked and are in good condition. We were a short walk to the bathhouse that has 6 individual bathroom / showers that were private and clean. 5 minutes from Dubois. The office ppl are very friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed in many campgrounds including KOAs and this place is one of the best we’ve ever used. The only issue we had was that a few of the laundry washers were not working for us but someone came out and got it going. We will definitely stay here again.

Even the dog loved the sunset over the Tetons!

Great 3 day stay at this great location that had all we needed for a perfect base camp to explore The Grand Tetons and surrounding areas. If you are looking for a great location at a clean and friendly spot, this one fits the. There is even a spot where you can see the sun set over the Tetons. Gas station/Mini Market is also around the corner for quick and easy fill up or last minute needs.

We were here two years ago and made a point to come back. Nice location for going off road in a jeep or 4-wheeler. Restaurant menu was limited but what they had was very good. The bartender, Edmund, was efficient, polite and nice to chat with. We will be back when we pass through again.
