Our pond front RV site is located on the northern tip of the Kettle Moraine Forest within 300 yards of the hiking trails. 2 miles from the gates at Road America, Elkhart Lake WI, and Elkhart’s swimming, biking trails and great restaurants. 30 Amp power and water hook ups for RV's are available. The Kettle Moraine Ice AgeTrail is just across the pond. The Glenbeulah Millpond offers fishing and kayaking and we provide free use of our kayak and paddleboat. We usually have a bunch of firewood for the included firepit and a nice table and chairs for your picnics. Swimming is near by at Elkhart Lake and the mountain biking trails in the Kettle Moraine Forest are wonderful. There is WiFi. We have a dog that is overly friendly and will hang out near your camper. If you want to bring your pets we ask that you talk with us first to make sure they will all get along. We do not have a sewer connection for your black and grey water tanks but there is a dump station just 4 miles away. There are no toilet facilities on site.

Our host responded quickly even though we made a last minute reservation. Colleen was very accomodating and helpful. On our third stay she said that they would be coming in the afternoon to do some work on the property which is a single campsite sharing a driveway with a small house. We enjoyed meeting them.

Like some other reviews have said, and/or maybe the description says, it is by a road, so you do hear traffic, even throughout the night, and the mosquitoes were bad at times, but it's not even ten minutes from lake Geneva, and it's priced right all things considered. Clean, flat, good spot for a tent. Nice fire pit available, and the host shared information to access electric even, but it was good weather, so I didn't need that.

Unfortunately we were unable to camp... our RV broke down less than a mile away.
We did spe.d some time relaxing at the property waiting on the RV but didn't get to sleep there.
Very nice hosts offered a ride late at night after RV got towed.

I found this Hipcamp to be as described. That it was located by a lake. I was able to get my e-bike out and ride to the little store down the road and along the lake. I slept soundly despite the site being near the road. Trees between the road and campsite provided by some privacy. All in all, it was exactly what I needed, a place to stop and rest overnight from my journey between Chicago and Minneapolis. Thanks for providing this stay, Colleen!

We loved camping at Rick's place. He was very friendly and helpful. He periodically checked in which was nice. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing on the mill pond. Access for kayaks right by site. My wife and I loved our trip to Glenbeulah and this spot by the Mill Pond. The hosts of the place are very friendly people. I only wish there were some inlet for our portable tank to dump grey water, but a few miles away is a campground where the tanks can be emptied. We spent 3 nights there, riding our bikes around, fishing, kayaking, and spending time on the pond in a pedal boat, evenings by the fire pit. Kayaks and pedal boats are on site. Great memories:)

We had the most peaceful weekend at this beautiful campsite under a canopy of trees, beside a quiet pond. The setting was serene and relaxing—exactly what we needed to unwind. Rick and Lynn were incredibly kind and welcoming hosts, and the sweetest, fluffiest camp dog you'll ever meet, Duffy, was an unexpected bonus. We’ll definitely be back!

Mark's cabin was very pleasant. It was behind his house, so if help was needed, he was available by text, or his son was. There was a nice fire stove, and a nice fire put behind the cabin. Be aware though, there is a composting toilet, so you have to make sure you don't make it overflow, or else it wouldn't be such a nice experience cleaning up. Water was based out of containers, which you would need to refill in the house (literally 2 seconds from the cabin). The property is beautiful, my dog loved seeing the beautiful birds that fly by the bird feeders, the deer and the wild turkeys. Beds were quite comfortable. Electricity and WIFI is available in the cabin, which is awesome. There's also a nice little train across the street, which i enjoyed picking flowers on!
