Nice spot right next to the river. Secluded from any other nearby houses and towns (not too far if you need to run into town). Campsites aren’t large and are tightly packed from what I noticed but I stayed in one of the pull up spots closer to the road/river. I also stayed in the winter so we were the only ones there so this wasn’t a problem for us. Firewood is a great deal.

Great spot to go places you have never been, the nearby towns are quiet and humble and the mountains are sizable. Camping here in winter is a challenge, but with the right gear can be cozy. Would recommend

Great, easy stay at this campground. Facilities were accessible and clean. We loved our site right on the river. Felt secluded but safe. The coffee pavilion was so cute and sweet. The host held a “Friendsgiving” during our stay with snacks and drinks which was so thoughtful. Would love to come back!

4 nights at Brooklyn Heights Riverfront Camp
Awesome location , Tucker County, WV. Many, many parks near, Federal, National, State and local towns. Dog absolutely loved it here. Easy car access to tent and cabin sites.

Really enjoyed camping on Vincent's campgrounds! We went for three nights in late October and the fall foliage was out of a painting. The coffee pavilion was cute and I thought the firewood was a good deal. We were on RF2, one of the large riverfront campgrounds and really enjoyed being right on the water. No one else was on the other two riverfront campgrounds so the privacy was nice; not too many trees in between our camp and RF3 if there had been others there. We took a drive up to the Olson Observation tower (maybe 15 minutes away) and it was a view I'll never forget. Definitely the highlight for me!

Beautiful, peaceful spot! Conveniently located near the town of Parsons for quick runs to the gas station, McDonald’s, or Dollar General, yet still close to scenic nature trails and Blackwater Falls State Park. I felt very welcomed, and my space was respected throughout my stay. Plus, you can even bring your fur babies! I’ll definitely be back.

This capmground has beautiful sites by the river, or just a few steps from it!
Unfortunately it was one night stay for me, but
I really appreciated the cleanness of the Porta potties, and the coffee tent (for fee)

We tent camped in C Section site C24. The tent site was flat on the most part and very accommodating for two large (10-12 person) tents. The fire ring was large and firewood was very reasonable. Fill the cart as much as you can carry. No showers but porta potties nearby and kept very clean. I can't say enough about Vince and the staff. They were all so polite, walked around and checked sites prior to quiet time to be sure everyone complied, and to see if we needed anything. Knowing we had bad backs Seth was kind enough to bring us a load of wood. Was nice to meet the caretaker/maintenance man who was a previous Southern Marylander not to far from where we currently live. The river and beach area was beautiful.

Gravel road leads to the tent sites, I managed with a sedan. I was here only for a night and left before sunrise, fell asleep to the sound of the river.

We are fortunate enough to start our camping adventures on Sunday nights. There have been only a couple of other guests here since we got here on Sunday. It is raining today, but very enjoyable. We got to cook breakfast over the campfire and we’ll just improvise this evening. This place is real getting back to nature. It’s good to just enjoy the quiet of nature. This is our second trip to this campground we rate it pretty high.

Loved this campsite on the river. Caught some small fish. We wanted to book again a few days later but it was already booked. Jim had let Vince know we asked a bout rebooking the site. Vince reached out when they had a cancelation to make sure we were able to pick up the site again. The coffee tent is a nice touch, fully stocked with anything you could want.
Excited to come back in a few days.
