While an SUV or 4x4 is recommended, regular cars can access the site, and we have parking for standard vehicles. Please check with us in advance if you plan to bring an RV. Our farm is a great destination for overland camping—perfect for getting your truck a little dirty! We are cautiously dog-friendly. Our farm dogs patrol the property to protect our free-roaming animals, so visiting dogs must be well-behaved, leashed, and comfortable around other animals. If you're unsure about compatibility, please reach out for advice. Our dogs will come to your camp to "check you out". If your dog has a problem with other dogs that are new to them you must let us know so we can control our dogs. We have had people come with problem dogs and not tell us so, we are asking for a $1 extra that we now require as a pet fee. While you're here, visit our local businesses in Gassaway. Nik and Beth were very accommodating and have a wonderful property to camp on. As hosts, they made us feel right at home and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend spending the night at their farm!

Coon Creek Cove is a wonderful place to get away and recharge out in some nature. The space is very nice for a small camper like our teardrop or a tent. I wouldn’t bring any kind of large RV as the road getting into their valley is very tight with several switchbacks. Nick is an incredible host who showed us right to our site, checked up on us and always asked if we needed anything. The space is well maintained and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed hearing the rooster crow at all hours of the day.
