We are located right off of the main highway, in a campground/RV park ***off to the side in our own area***. All of our tiny houses are completely self contained and on grid with full electricity and running water. ***Please note*** Even though they can sleep up to 4 people, it may be cramped inside with that many.**** Please note the tiny house is 18' X 8'. ***IN THE EARLY SPRING AND AGAIN IN THE FALL UNTIL END OF OCTOBER**There is a space heater and also a wall heater. Please note that these may not warm up to 80 degrees or more*** ***PLEASE NOTE****The couch on the first floor has 3 sections that are stacked and are made out of a regular 8 " memory foam , full size bed mattress. There is a regular home mattress that is queen size in the loft as well. Both are very thick memory foam, regular bed mattresses with all pillows and bed linens provided. The bedding for the first floor bed will be laid out on the couch when you come in. There is a folding card table and 2 metal folding chairs in the tiny house. The full bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. We include towels, toilet paper, and hand soap. Usually the towel sets are underneath the bathroom sinks. You will have access to the laundry building where washers and dryers are free to use. Kitchenette has a kitchen sink with running water, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave and a hot plate. We include a Mr Coffee type coffee maker, filters, coffee and styrofoam coffee cups. We have one pot, one pan (which are specific to the hot plate), paper plates, paper bowls, plastic ware -knives, forks, and spoons, & plastic cups. We also provide liquid dish soap and paper towels. There is a television but no satellite, cable or local stations. Feel free to bring your own DVD player, games, etc. and cords. We do not supply cords for your devices. **Please Note** There is NO wifi. The entire New River Gorge area does not have a good service provider yet. Cell service in our area is usually very good for most carriers, as we are high up and off the main highway. Your cellular hot spot should work very well. Outside the tiny house, there is a picnic table and fire ring that you’re able to use to cook and push aside the grate later to sit around a fire. Firewood is for sale for $5 per bundle if you call the phone # on the door. They will deliver it in a short period of time. You may want to bring lawn chairs as I do not supply them. Also any outdoor cooking utensils would be good to bring as well. Love playing games? This is the place for you! More than enough space outside to play bags, horses, washers, frisbee, soccer, kickball...you name it! Ask me about our space! There is plenty of parking to include trailers and toys. Our tiny houses are along the side on the inside of a campground. Feel free to have a friend camp outside the tiny house. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and the other one has a queen size bed with a full bathroom in the hallway. The first level of the house has a kitchen, spacious dining area, living room, laundry room, a bedroom with a queen size bed that has a full bathroom adjacent to it just across the hall. All bedrooms have a 43" roku tv. No Smoking. We provide Starlink internet and Roku tv. Log into your own streaming services or take advantage of our complimentary Disney + and Paramount + subscriptions and the free channels that Roku has to offer. Guest access: All rooms of the house are accessible except for garages, enclosed porch, and storage closet. Other things to note: One of our most remarkable features is the spectacular sunset views we offer, which are renowned throughout Clay County. We are mindful of camper's privacy so we do not use that backside of our home while we have campers. You have full access to "The Peak + Pine Loop" which begins at the top of the shared driveway / porta-potty to the entire forest campsite area to the amenity station. This is a funky little spot, don't be put off by the drive in. Mike has created a number (5?) of leveled gravel full hook up sites pretty close together, but very nice. Sweet communal fire pit right on a deck overlooking a little river. Fantastic bathroom with running hot water and shower! We would definitely camp here again. Thank you Mike.

Weekend Trip to Arrowhead Bike Farm & Campground

Absolutely love this place! I stayed on a Saturday in November, it was quiet so I can’t speak to busy periods. It’s a beautiful mixed camping space, uniquely designed with cool amenities everywhere from goats, libations, and food to bike rentals and a bike track. As a solo traveler, I felt safe, remote enough yet close enough to dining and the local town. It’s a gorgeous property with amenities and touches that most campgrounds can’t offer. I slept soundly beneath the stars, woke early, walked along the goats and enjoyed a warm shower in a warm bathroom. I highly recommend and look forward to visiting in the spring!

Excellent place to stay. I rented an RV pad close to the bathhouse for a chilly couple of days and it was clutch. The Bike Farm has everything you need; including firewood, a bar/restaurant, a bike shop and GOATS. It's also conveniently located near the town of Fayetteville and less than 5 minutes from the Bridge. Excellent stay during the down season.

Awesome little place even if it's snowing. Snow on the ground and the little rocket stove was great because we had no heat in the vehicle! Beautiful stream and the bathroom facilities are always a bonus even if outdoors. Everything was clean and inviting. The host was very responsive and had lots of ready to burn wood for sale.

We enjoyed our stay at the bikefarm. I honestly did not know what to expect as we never stayed nor heard of a bikefarm before. The location was perfect and super close to the Long Point Trail Head, New River Gorge National Park, and Fayetteville. The shower/bath house was clean and a short walk from the site. Very peaceful. We felt safe. The bike park was cute, but the goats on the property were even cuter! We would definitely come back here.

I enjoyed a short stay in one of the RV slots available and LOVED IT. The staff were all kind, super helpful, and available when needed. I will be mostly traveling solo and as a female, I know I would feel 100% safe and comfortable here. Plus, there are goats that enjoy being pet like dogs, awesome trails literal steps from my campsite, a restaurant with the best brisket, brats, burgers, and beers, and bathhouses (with heat!!). Nevermind the fact that you’re wicked close to the little town of Fayetteville but still feel surrounded by nature and all the goodness of the New River Gorge. I would imagine this place is even better if you’re a biker (mountain/trail) but I didn’t feel out of place not being into that. This one is going on my list of places to return to for a longer stay and should definitely be on your list of spots to check out!

We stayed at Papa's place cabin. It was simple but clean and the campground office space was nice to watch a show or make some food. We only stayed one night but it worked well for us! The cabin had one outlet for a light and a fan and a heater which was nice heating it up a little in October. 🙂
