Electrical, water, and sewage hookups are available at all sites.

There are 2 50 amp Full Camper Hookups. There is plenty of room for the largest RVs to pull up. There are septic hookups and 100ft away there is a water spigot for both. There is a hose available. There is also Wifi available. There is a community fire pit. There is a pile of prepared firewood available at a small cost if you would like to have a fire. The location of Dutch Ridge Estates is ideal for off road atv riders. Trails are EVERYWHERE! This is 75 miles from Summersville Lake and New River Gorge! Take the scenic route! This area boasts world class beauty with endless wild and wonderful adventure! I am a Licensed WV Tour Guide and can take you through the wilderness in a Honda Pioneer to see the best our state!There are 2 identical sites next to each other. There is a 50 amp plug in, septic hookup for your hose and across the yard there is a water spigot. There is Wifi available. Some people are able to get cell phone service here also. There is a big mountain view. There is a atv trail out back. There is a pond and firepit near the site with a rock bench.

There are 2 identical sites next to each other. There is a 50 amp plug in, septic hookup for your hose and across the yard there is a water spigot. There is Wifi available. Some people are able to get cell phone service here also. There is a big mountain view. There is a atv trail out back. There is a pond and firepit near the site with a rock bench.

Beautiful view, narrow winding road

Beautiful view, one of the two sites is very level, the other will require some leveling. Very poor T-mobile reception but wifi at the site supported wifi calling and streaming. I do not recommend RV's over 30 ft or more than 12 ft high. Don't miss the address, it is a house and the RV hookups are easy to miss. Very narrow winding road with low wires. You will drive a long way before you can turn around. (Learn from my mistake). Elizabeth was an excellent host. She also takes guests on a 4 wheel nature tour. If I had a smaller RV, I would go back.
