My father was born and died in this house, and I was raised here also. After teaching for 32 years my husband and I inherited the farm from my folks who have since passed. There are no orchards left on the property but we are moving on with a vegetable and flower garden, goats, chickens and a llama. These camps are on a 24 farm with about 3,500' of frontage on the Entiat River. The land's history has included use as pasture, orchards, and flower farm. It's currently identified as a USDA type silvopasture farm. The priority crop is growing native fir trees that will be harvested in 60+ years as telephone poles. During this time, the land will be grazed by a variety of livestock balanced to keep fields and animals healthy and productive. The current owners purchased the farm fall of 2023 from a family estate that owned it since the 1970s. It is considered a legacy project as work progresses to Firewise the land in support of old growth native trees and maximum summer shade for salmon. During the 2025 grazing season, the NE pasture of 5 acres along the river fed 8 Katahdin Sheep. In Spring 2026, bison, cattle, and goats will be moving into the SE pasture of 7 acres that climbs the mountain along the west border. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this spot. So cozy and exactly what my soul needed that weekend. I loved watching the coyotes retreat to their dens in the morning, the raven that constantly visited the fence post, the sagebrush and rattling wind. The tent had EVERYTHING. I didn’t need half of what I packed. Amazing people who were wonderful communicators despite the service. I will absolutely be back here over and over again.

Lovely spot to camp. Great view and with it being late September was able to enjoy the lovely smells coming from the Orchard. We had a slightly anxious dog who does not do well with other people or animals so it was a perfect spot for her to enjoy her first camping trip. A small picnic table is provided and we brought an extra 6 foot table which helped with placing all our food items and portable grill. Convenient spot for local wineries and to access Lake Chelan. Hope to return soon.

Weekend Trip to Secluded Hillside Camp

We loved the tent on Kellie's property. The methow views were beautiful. Watching the sunrise and sunset was absolutely amazing. The tent was clean and the set up was nicely thought out. Kellie had a charging block ready for us in the tent that also had a lamp on it, as well as 3 lights on another charging block. We did not have cell service which made it even more peaceful. The town of Twisp was a 10 minutes away. The people there were very friendly. The hubby and I will definitely be back!

Awesome spot! Really quiet and spacious. We had a minor issue when we arrived but Mariah responded to my message and had it taken care of promptly. We brought our own toilet set-up and my friend was kindly informed by staff that the tasting room bathroom isn’t encouraged for campers. There is an outhouse nearby though. Willow Point is a great place to go for a swim in Lake Chelan and is a 9 min drive from the site.

Weekend Trip to Farm Stays At Chelan Ranch

Great place with a beautiful view of the Valley, highly recommend staying at this location, I will be returning. The gift bag upon arrival was a real treat. Has lots of cool and interesting things to do while visiting including some treats. The fresh fruit right beside the camp spot was another great treat and nice to have. This is an active farm so take that into consideration when booking. Extremely respectful people that work on the farm that respect peoples privacy, very friendly work force. Would highly recommend this location, only 7 minute drive to amenities and beach areas.

2 nights at The Lakes

Very beautiful view from the site, quiet away from roads. Sunrises and sunsets very peaceful. Mariah responsive re finding the spot in the orchards when we arrived. We had no trouble with wind at night as others have mentioned. No mosquitoes but flies were significant at times making us glad to have a screen. Overall a very nice spot and we will surely come back to visit again.

I loved camping on Kellie’s land! The views were amazing and there were just enough amenities to make it cozy but we still felt like we camped! Highly reccomend!
