Riverfront Ranch Getaway on the Okanogan Welcome to Paradise Ranch, our peaceful 12-acre riverfront getaway nestled in the scenic Okanogan Valley, just 2 miles from the small town of Malott, Washington. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing weekend on the water or a taste of ranch life, this is the perfect place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and enjoy wide open spaces. Our campground is growing, and we’re continually adding new features to make each visit even better. While improvements are underway, you’ll already find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay surrounded by natural beauty. What We Offer • 3 spacious RV sites with full hookups (water, 30/50-amp power, and septic) • Plenty of room for self-contained RVs, camper vans, tents, and dry camping in our peaceful back hayfield • A shaded camping spot in the hayfield, with additional open areas to spread out and enjoy • Easy access to the beautiful Okanogan River, perfect for fishing, floating, kayaking, cooling off, or simply relaxing by the water • Wide open spaces with stunning mountain and valley views • A quiet, family-friendly country setting ideal for unwinding and stargazing On the Property Spend your days relaxing by the river, watching for bald eagles and deer, or saying hello to our friendly cows and goats. Bill was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the shade he created before our arrival. The area is quiet and peaceful, just a short walk to the river (though we were unable to safely get into the river). We will book again if we return to the area!

Paradise Ranch Boondocking Site 1
Bill was a great host. He made sure we were in range for wifi and personally guided us to the water and dump station. His place is a river canyon that was once an apple orchard. It is very peaceful at night. The fields are very green. Our pets were very comfortable.

The Paradise Ranch Camp was very good for our overnight stay. The location is super convenient to visit the North Cascades, so easy to find and to park. AND! It has good Wi-Fi. We liked it lot.

I would definitely recommend staying at Paradiae Ranch. We had a nice level area with plenty of green grass. Bill was very accommodating and responsive.

Beautiful area close to River, secluded… we saw Eagles, deer, etc. Sunset views of Mtns and sliver Moon were awesome. We tent camped, so no electricity didn’t matter to us but water was only available when irrigation going was inconvenient though can make that work. Access to river from Sites not possible, needs a bush-hoggig for access but when further developed water-front will be fantastic. Lynn and Nancy
