LAZY C Mini RV Park/Campground

“The Lazy C; Where Doing Nothing is OK" is a rustic but modern private home located on 20 beautiful acres near Wauconda, WA. Nestled between Tonasket and Republic, we welcome visitors to our beautiful and well appointed mini RV Park. We have two 50 amp full hook up sites as well as a third site that welcomes tent campers too. The third site has 30 amps and water, with sewer available as an "Extra" for RVs that want a full hookup.  It also has our "Soon to be famous" Beach Outhouse.  We love the area and are eager to share the hidden gems that abound here. We will be happy to recommend the finest day drives in the region as well as other adventure advice for our area.

The Lazy C does not have cell service. The closest cell service can be obtained 20 miles away in either the town of Tonasket or Republic.

That said, wi-fi calling on most cell phones work just fine.

Nico's Nerdy Nursery

We acquired the 22+ acre property to develop a nursery for Chinese medicinal plants, and we grow a small market garden and bring plants and vegetables to the local farmers' market.

By late August the reservoir lake level drops significantly, so we take advantage of the floating docks to move our access as needed.

Freedom Ranch

Beautiful wooded property with lots of bare, undeveloped land. 1 mile from Blacks Beach Resort and 7 miles from the town of Republic Wa. We have 2 RV hookups (water and power only - 30 and 50 amp.) Sorona Way East

5 acres with a 24 x 28 shop available to enjoy! The property borders DNR land and is just a short walk to the Okanogan National Forest, located at the end of Sorona Way. 

Public fishing is available throughout the Aeneas Valley at the numerous lakes, and the area is full of wildlife. Come enjoy the Aeneas Valley and all it has to offer!

11 acers with lots to do 20 camping sites on Bonaparte creek and 9 dry rv sites and 1 full hookup and cabins to come soon when available we have 24ft climbing wall and bounce houses also.and we own catering company so we can cater food also.

Winchester RV Resort & Campground

Winchester RV Resort & Campground is located near the charming town of Republic, Washington. It features 33 full hook-up RV sites, camper cabins and beautiful grassy tent sites.  It is nestled along a seasonal creek with views of the surrounding mountains.  The park has large green belts with cozy fire pits scattered throughout, a camp store, a cook house, BBQ's, picnic tables, a playground and outdoor games, provides free WIFI, is pet-friendly and has a dog park. Our amenities also include sparkling clean restrooms with hot showers and a remodeled laundry facility.  There is a dump station and RV storage. 

Campsite amenities also include access to nature trails. Visitors can enjoy activities such as hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing.  We are located five minutes from Curlew Lake.  And we are surrounded by miles of ATV trails.

We offer a get away for just relaxing and swimming on fishing off our dock. Bring your atv there are lots of trails all way to Canada.Learn more about this land:We would offer trials an boat dock they could swim and camp and fish. They can ride bikes on the trials ans if they bring atv there are roads they can drive on. It’s just short walk to the dock from the camp sites

Highland Glenn Ranch

We're closed for winter. 

We love hosting campers. Highland Glenn Ranch is located 15 miles north of Republic, WA in Ferry County. Acres of forest allow for outdoor games and woodland exploration. We are happy to help make your stay on our Ranch special. 

A Resource Book is available to borrow with listings of local attractions, outdoor activities, shops, and restaurants to help you plan activities during your stay. ~ If visiting Canada is of interest, a scenic 30-minute drive further north on Hwy. 21 along the Kettle River takes you to the border crossing at Grand Forks, BC.

If you have questions about the campsites, please reach out. If all sites are booked, contact us… we may be able to create a spot for you. We have room to grow but are doing it slowly.

The day of your booking we will reach out on your ETA. We always meet and greet first time campers at the gate and escort you to your site, so please arrive as close to Check-In time as possible. 

We understand that travel can delay arrival. If you tell us you’ll be here at 4:30, we’re sitting and waiting for you. So if you’ll be late, please be courteous of our time and let us know… communication goes a long way.

NOTE: we don’t have cell reception and we’re only online once each day. After booking, we will send you our home landline number (no texting) to call for communication. 

This is a working Ranch so please be aware that there are sounds associated with our activities:  sheep and goats get excited at feeding time; livestock guard dogs bark while doing their jobs, and the rooster announces the break of dawn. 

~ The Ranch borders State Land and is within 1 mile of the Colville National Forest means endless miles of picturesque hiking and wildlife viewing 

~ Swimming, fishing, boating, and water skiing are only 15 minutes away at Curlew Lake State Park and the Kettle River

~ One bundle of firewood, 5 gallons of potable water, and a compost toilet are included with your stay. BYOTP though

WILDLIFE: There is a wide range of wildlife around the Ranch- snowshoe hare, grouse, turkey, bobcat, Canada lynx, coyote, cougar, wolf, and black bear. Please use common sense while camping! Always be aware of your surroundings. Keep garbage secure in a vehicle. - There are also ticks in the area.

Little Farm Campground

We live on a little farm close to town while tucked away in our own private oasis. Wake up to the beautiful valley sunrise surrounded by a picturesque mountain view and horses meandering about nearby. Be forewarned we are an active farm and you will hear the bahing of sheep and whinnying of horses! 

There are so many local activities such as wine tasting, hiking, horseback riding, water sports, hunting, fishing, off road activities, fruit, etc etc.

Margie's Riverside RV Park

Margie’s RV Park offers a beautiful, secluded park to relax and enjoy the beauty Sunny Okanogan Valley has to offer.​

Creekside Camping

Our campsites are available in the spring, summer, and fall.

Our sites are for tent or RV campers. If you're bringing an RV, we can accommodate vehicles up to 100 ft in length and the sites are flat. No hookups are available at this time.

NO campfires at any time. 

A regular vehicle can access the site, no 4WD is required. 

Wifi and cell reception onsite. 

We have a toilet available for campers to use.

Pets are welcome.

You can jump into our water hole, go for walks, or enjoy the shady areas!

Our property is located in a very beautiful quiet valley located 7 km outside of Grand Forks, BC.
