While our 11 acres feels very secluded, we are just 3 miles from historic downtown and 10 minutes from the freeway and shopping. An accessible oasis! There is a park with swimming, fishing and hiking along the Skookumchuck river within a mile of the farm, in addition to the natural beauty found right here at home. We enjoy bird watching, exploring our forest, and relaxing around a fire when we aren't working on the farm. Beautiful place to stay! The backyard is so so special and the house itself was very comfortable and cozy. The hosts were great, I had a bit of a special request and they were so kind and flexible! They left some treats for us and even grabbed a little vegan treat for me:) the outdoor tubs were absolutely incredible!! I would absolutely love to stay here again!

My fiancé and I had such a peaceful and relaxing weekend here. It was a perfect way to be in nature during the rainy season and escape the city. The wood fire stove made the cabin very cozy and sleeping with the window open to the sound of the rain in the forest was just what we needed. The host was very prompt in answering all our questions during our stay and everything was very clean and easy to find on the property. An added bonus was the cutest little kitty named Carrots who kept us company during our stay. We miss her already and can’t wait to come back!

An absolutely wonderful retreat. Mokey was a gracious and welcoming host. The view of the night sky through the trees from the loft is a true treat that's hard to capture in a photo or description.
