Welcome to Lil Bit O' Heaven Camping! Here you will find beautiful and unique places to camp right on the Cascade River, approximately 3 minutes outside of Marblemount, WA. We are right next to the Marblemount Boat Launch and within an easy walk into town if you want to visit the local restaurants or need camping gear. Our property has five tent campsites on the river as well as a 26' glamping dome (previously used for artic research) completely painted with a galaxy of the night sky. A converted antique hay trailer turned tiny house with an 8' ceiling loft with 3-way views of the forest and river, deck, and private "magic spot" on the Cascade River. The Lil Bit O Heaven Campground is the perfect base camp for your summer adventure! Firewood is available onsite most of the summer. Fresh, clean drinking water, permanent bathrooms and a private shower are available for all campers. An outdoor (completely private) shower is available for those who book the tiny house. We are located just outside Duvall, WA. Our Dome features one Queen size bed and one couch that converts to a bed (slightly smaller than a queen). Premium linens, extra blankets, comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the quiet on the farm. There is a sheltered kitchen with hot and cold running water, cook burner, refrigerator and seating with a portable firepit. There is also a nearby fire ring with comfortable chairs to relax in the evening. We have a beautiful Bathhouse with composting toilet on one side and clawfoot tub for showers or soaking on the other. Being eco-friendly there are a few quirks to be aware of - the toilet facility doesn't allow for toilet paper. We provide clean cloths to use in conjunction with the bidet seat (a bath for your posterior) and a pail for the used cloths. The methane that is generated is filtered and trapped for the cook burner in the kitchen. The closest trailhead is 3 miles away and leads to Cherry Creek Falls. There are many other trails and parks in the area to explore. Duvall also boasts a winery, distillery and brewery and a large variety of dining options.

An alternative hiking destination for the winter months is the Rockport State Park which is only a 4 minute drive from the dome. You are able to purchase a day pass on your phone once you arrive.

i had a lovely time staying at the Duvalla Dome! the property and the dome itself were beautiful! It was very comfy and cozy with all the amenities while still feeling very rustic and outdoorsy. Pam was so nice and very responsive to messages and all the animals on the farm were a joy to have around. I highly recommend Duvalla dome to any other hipcampers visiting the area and would 10/10 stay there again!

Pam’s dome was beautiful! It was such a unique stay! We loved how she created this dome, what a treat. The setting was even more magical with the friendly goats, llamas, and alpacas roaming on the farm; they added so much charm and character to the experience. We spent the evenings around the cozy bonfire, surrounded by plenty of beautiful woodwork that gave the whole place a warm, rustic feel. Everything felt so thoughtfully designed and peaceful, truly a perfect getaway. Highly recommend!

What a cool experience! The Dome was comfortable and unlike anywhere I have ever stayed before. Definitely did not get cold with the thoughtful amenities: space heaters and blankets. There is firewood available for purchase and the bathrooms are a luxury! The only thing I’d be aware of is that you may not have service upon arrival, so you may not be able to contact Zachary thru the app. There is a code to get into the dome that I didn’t have directly, but luckily we were able to figure it out. Overall, I definitely recommend staying in the galaxy dome!

This arctic dome was such a cool find while hiking in the North Cascades! It had snowed on us on a few hikes so we were glad for some warmth. Both the dome and the restrooms were clean and nice. The bed was comfortable. I did have to bring all of my blankets in because I couldn’t figure out the second heater (skill issue)! There are nice campsites down the trail overlooking the river and they’re really cute for groups! I love how close this was to town for snacks, too.

This is a beautiful spot and a great base for visiting the national park! The indoor and outdoor amenities were great - we appreciated the snacks, ample resources for cooking, and many options for getting warm (2 electric heaters, hot tub, wood fire stove, and outdoor fire pit). You can see the small road from the dome and hear a bit of highway noise, so it's not fully isolated, but that also makes it quick to get back onto the road to head to the trailhead (it took us about 1 hour to get to the Maple Pass Loop). We also checked out the Barr Creek conservation area about 0.25 miles up the road, which has a very pretty little loop trail.

This is such a cool, unique place to stay! The dome is spacious but cozy, and feels like being inside a planetarium. The property is right on the river, and the dome has a cute wood burning heater and an AC unit, so you'll definitely be comfortable. This is a great base for exploring the North Cascades, and I highly recommend it!

BRING BUG REPELLANT Hands down my favorite Hipcamp yet! Gorgeous location, top notch amenities (outdoor cooking area, shower, toilet, fire pit, hot tub + dreamy dome), and a very responsive and supportive host. This spot made me and my partner feel like our dreams of getting away from the city are even more attainable. Will definitely be coming back! Note: my partner and I are scent sensitive (fragrances make us sick) and this place was scent free minus what I’m assuming is cedar from the wood used to build - no chemical scents or fragrances! *we brought our own soap and dish soap so I can’t speak to what was in the meyers cleaning bottles (usually *very* fragranced).

So relaxing on the property and the alpacas and sheep were a really joy. It felt like real clamping with the composting toilet, outdoor kitchen, and really cute tub! The dome was really dreamy, it was 85 degrees during the day and thankfully cooled off at night. Pam had so many blankets that made my daughter and I comfortably. My favorite part was sitting in the hammock watching the birds and feeding carrots to the sheep and alpacas. Pam gave us a big container of sliced carrots to feed them! 10/10 would recommend and want to bring my other kiddos next time!

We had a great time glamping for the first time at Sheila's dome! Loved the personal note and bottle of wine from Sheila upon our arrival and how responsive she was for any of our questions. The place is super unique and has everything you could ask for: electricity, wifi, appliances, propane grill, hot tub, HOT water for showering, clean toilet (compost), wood for the wood burning furnace, and space heaters. If you forget any groceries, Red Apple is about 15 minutes away by car. It got chilly at night but there was plenty of blankets and we turned on the space heater for warmth. During our stay, we explored Rockport State Park, Barr Creek conservation area, Diablo Lake, and the North Cascades Visitor Center. We highly recommend staying here!

Weekend Trip to N. Cascades Glamping w/ Hot-tub

We stayed at the glamping spot for a weekend, and absolutely loved it. The location is very private, and surrounded by trees making is very cozy. The bed was very comfortable and the comforter was soft kept us warm during the night. The place is well stocked with blankets, utensils, spices, slippers and bathroom necessities. The host even left us some snacks, smores kit and a bottle of wine and a hand written note welcoming us, which was so very kind and generous. The space heaters came in handy when we didn’t want to use the wood fire. The outdoor grill and gas stove were clean as well, and easy to use. The fridge is small, but it is sufficient for 3-4 day trip. The hot tub was clean, and the outdoor shower next to it helped rinse off before and after hot tub. The outhouse/toilet was clean as well, and its about -10 ft from the tent. The outdoor grill and hot tub are covered with umbrellas so you dont get wet if it rains. There are a couple of restaurants, a coffee shop and a convenience store 10 min drive from the unit if you don’t want to cook yourself. It is close enough to North Cascades national park, and we drove to Lake Diablo which was magical!

This place truly was the highlight of our little getaway to the North Cascades. The dome was such a fun magical experience and the hosts go out of their way to make sure the space reflects that. Amenities are endless, it is quiet and serene with so much to do in the nearby area. We did a lot of cooking in the space and with multiple options like the grill, stovetop burner, mini fridge, and fire pit… the opportunities are endless! We would go again in a heartbeat! You will have a great time ❤️
