Welcome to Lil Bit O' Heaven Camping! Here you will find beautiful and unique places to camp right on the Cascade River, approximately 3 minutes outside of Marblemount, WA. We are right next to the Marblemount Boat Launch and within an easy walk into town if you want to visit the local restaurants or need camping gear. Our property has five tent campsites on the river as well as a 26' glamping dome (previously used for artic research) completely painted with a galaxy of the night sky. A converted antique hay trailer turned tiny house with an 8' ceiling loft with 3-way views of the forest and river, deck, and private "magic spot" on the Cascade River.
The Lil Bit O Heaven Campground is the perfect base camp for your summer adventure! Firewood is available onsite most of the summer. Fresh, clean drinking water, permanent bathrooms and a private shower are available for all campers. An outdoor (completely private) shower is available for those who book the tiny house.
Please note that you must follow any local fire bans. Please check the fire conditions PRIOR to making a campfire.
Please note that there are areas where you can get directly to the side of the Cascade River, and the river is swift and dangerous! It is not safe for swimming and no safe for unattended children and/or pets.

The space
This space is my home and comes fully equipped with everything to make this stay feel like you are home away from home!
Please enjoy TV that comes with the Roku and my subscriptions to Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen, a stove and refrigerator/freezer, toaster, kettle and French press coffee. Extra additions such as an Instant Pot, small blender, and popcorn maker are also available.
The home includes:
- 4 spacious bedrooms
- An indoor dining space that comfortably seats 6 with leaves that can be added to be able to accommodate 10 people - and 2 additional seats in the kitchen bar area.
- A large outdoor deck with a grill for BBQ, eucalyptus wood table and bench that seats 8 for outdoor entertainment
- Expansive garden surrounded by forest and woodland trails to enjoy alone, in groups, or with your dog(s).
- Outdoor hot-tub with mountain views lit with globe lights for ambience.
- Yoga studio (which can be heated during the winter).
- Your stay Includes bath towels, hot tub towels, robes, toiletries, etc.
What you will find near Pentoria Lodge:
- The log home is located on a hill close to the Skykomish River with a view of the mountains.
- There are three towns located nearby.
1. Duvall is my personal favorite and is 20 minutes away to enjoy boutique shops, breweries, lunch spots, great dinner restaurants, ice cream, and a Safeway.
2. Monroe has everything you would need including restaurants, shops, hardware stores, pet stores, antique stores, and grocery stores.
3. Sultan is on the way to Stevens Pass ski resort and is much smaller but has a great bakery!
Nearby activities include hiking, skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding.
All the spots that I would recommend visiting can be found in the Welcome Guide upon your arrival.
Important things to know:
- Staying in this home means you are staying within nature. Deer are regularly around the property, or can be seen in the woods during your drive up. Please be respectful to them. There has been the occasional bear sighting, so please be aware. There is bear spray in the property, but I have only seen a bear twice and have been able to scare it away with a tap on the window! My space is surrounded by woods and forest, and though I treat the exterior to keep out pests, there are all sorts of creatures great and small, including insects and mice, which unfortunately can be a reality of nature for all the homes up on the hill. Please take into consideration that my home may not be a right fit for those who are extremely phobic of these and other wildlife, but for others, it can bring enjoyment.
Please take a look at my house rules to familiarize yourself with the do's and dont's, especially if you will be using this space for a larger entertainment gathering.

Guest access
There is enough space for 3 cars to park at the top of the driveway and next to the log cabin. Any other cars can fit down by the yoga studio and garage, but please note, the driveway is not for the faint of heart - it is steep!
During the winter months you will need a 4-wheel drive to make it to the top of the driveway. When it gets icy, it is not recommend to drive the driveway, but parking at the bottom and walking up through the pasture is what I do to get home!
There is an electronic lockbox for your convenience that will let you into the house with a special code that I will email to you once the property is booked and you are confirmed to be arriving.
Your GPS may take you a slightly different route. I will email instructions on the easiest way to the lodge. There will also be signs to 'Pentoria Lodge' to follow for easier directions.
Other things to note
There are deer, squirrels, rabbits, owls, and other critters that may roam the property as the log home is surrounded by forest and is home to many creatures great and small. Some of the tiny ones may get into the house from time to time. Refunds cannot be granted because of a spider, fly, wasp, mouse, or any woodland critter. I strive to keep the property as thoroughly clean as possible with monthly pest control to mitigate the chances of seeing any creatures in the property and appreciate your full understanding should an insect or critter make a small appearance. Should this happen, please reach out to me asap and I will do anything I can to take care of it and to make your stay a 5 Star experience!

Our cozy trailer is located on our large city property in old town Lake Stevens within a 5 min walk to the lake which boast 5 public parks with paddle boards for rent. We are a 5 minute walk to 3 restaurants and small grocery and a 1 min bike ride to the 30 mile paved centennial trail. We also have frisbee golf park and playground across the street. We are located on the back side of Old town Lake stevens and a 10 minute drive to the Gateway town of the Olympic national forest with Hundreds of hiking trails and a beautiful scenic 3 hour drive that is call Mt. Loop Hwy and goes through the off grid town of Silverton, has access to the gate of the old town of Monte Cristo and drives all the way through on gravel from there to the town of Darington and loops back to us.
She is small, clean and very affordable. We have fun loving dogs that love to visit and your dogs are welcome too.
We have a hot tub, sauna, cold plunge and out door wood burning fire pit for use.

We have 20 wooded acres with clearings for tent camping, 1 glamping tent, and a bunk tent with 4 cot bunks. (8 beds in the bunk tent). There is a rustic toilet with outdoor hot shower and sink facility. We also have a fire pit with outdoor kitchen (no electricity or running water, but it’s fully stocked with dishes, camping stove, and firewood).
Town is just a 10-minute walk away with access to the local grocery store, a Mexican restaurant, cafe, and brewery, but the property is so secluded that even locals don’t know we’re here!

Weekend Trip to Little Escape
Review :
We loved the camper setup with our whole hearts! The family was very communicative from when we first arrived to when we left. We had an incident with the wind blowing the canopy attached the trailer down at 3 am which was fixed in a matter of minutes by the owners. We truly cannot say enough nice things about this place, family, and location! From the hot tub to the very functional, comfortable camper we couldn’t have asked for more <3

Weekend Trip to Lil Bit O' Heaven Camping
What a cool experience! The Dome was comfortable and unlike anywhere I have ever stayed before. Definitely did not get cold with the thoughtful amenities: space heaters and blankets. There is firewood available for purchase and the bathrooms are a luxury! The only thing I’d be aware of is that you may not have service upon arrival, so you may not be able to contact Zachary thru the app. There is a code to get into the dome that I didn’t have directly, but luckily we were able to figure it out. Overall, I definitely recommend staying in the galaxy dome!

This arctic dome was such a cool find while hiking in the North Cascades! It had snowed on us on a few hikes so we were glad for some warmth. Both the dome and the restrooms were clean and nice. The bed was comfortable. I did have to bring all of my blankets in because I couldn’t figure out the second heater (skill issue)! There are nice campsites down the trail overlooking the river and they’re really cute for groups! I love how close this was to town for snacks, too.

1 night at Juliane Henry’s Equestrian
Fun evening on a horse farm. The yurt was small and cozy - just enough space for the queen air mattress and two small single pads. We enjoyed watching the horses, loved the mountain view at sunset, and had a fun campfire.
A few things to help future travelers. It's a big property, so I was glad I messaged the host beforehand to ask directions to the yurt. We couldn't find the restroom, so I had to knock on the door at the house to get directions (it's in the center entrance of the horse barn). We also weren't sure where to get water and never found the petting farm area with small animals. It would be helpful if the host made a map of the property to show guests where things are.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Juliane's ranch! The yurt was clean and had comfortable mattresses waiting for us. The place is especially magical if you have little ones. My 5 year old was in heaven being surrounded by horses and visiting the petting zoo. Right across from the driveway is a short path to take a dip in the river. We did get a lot of bug bites even with bug spray, but that's just how it goes sometimes. We also scheduled a horseback & pony ride for the morning after which was absolutely wonderful. The view of Mt. Si from camp is Hosts were warm and friendly, and my daughter won't stop asking when we can go back. Thank you for having us!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The area was beautiful and peaceful and the hurt was comfortable. My husband and I were bikepacking so it was nice to have a break from setting up the tent. I let the host know ahead of time that we would be arriving late and she told me where everything was on the property. We would definitely stay here again.

This is such a cool, unique place to stay! The dome is spacious but cozy, and feels like being inside a planetarium. The property is right on the river, and the dome has a cute wood burning heater and an AC unit, so you'll definitely be comfortable. This is a great base for exploring the North Cascades, and I highly recommend it!

My kids and I loved this quick little getaway to the mountains! The yurt had plenty of room for all of us. The views are spectacular and there was no boredom found with a play set and animals to look at and pet, like goats, bunnies, pigs, horses and more! Juliane even gave both my kiddos a pony ride! Right across the road there’s a peaceful spot right on the river to hang out with and the location is super close to town for dining and shopping. Highly recommend!

2 nights at Little Escape
Andrea was lovely. We had what we needed in the trailer. We were also handed bisques one day and chocolate cake the next. And Lake Stevens itself was a joy.
That said, be prepared to be on a family’s Lake Stevens plot. We could hear the dogs, their kiddo playing, the family yelling back and forth and the news on and people talking about it in one of the dwellings while relaxing in the hottub.

Juliane and her family were helpful and laidback. They gave us a cozy spot to spend the night and access to explore the property and hang out with the *adorable* animals. Baby rabbits! Piglets! Goats who yell “help.” Juliane even arranged a pony ride for my daughter, who was so excited to ride the horse and was treated so kindly by Juliane’s student rider. The space heater in the bell tent, access to an outlet to charge my dying phone, and a fire pit stocked with wood made our stay extra comfortable. We loved having access to restaurants in North Bend and Snoqualmie, as well as an easy jumping off point for so many different hikes. Highly recommend a stay here, especially if you have animal loving kids!

Wonderful space for kids. Very friendly and accommodating- The owners even brought out a heater because they thought we’d be chilly overnight.
The animals were so much fun for our almost 5-year old-Chickens, bunnies, pigs, goats, and horses. He had an amazing time riding his bike and being shown around by the family.
Keep in mind that animals smells :) But we adjusted quickly. We will be back again.
