Fun evening on a horse farm. The yurt was small and cozy - just enough space for the queen air mattress and two small single pads. We enjoyed watching the horses, loved the mountain view at sunset, and had a fun campfire. A few things to help future travelers. It's a big property, so I was glad I messaged the host beforehand to ask directions to the yurt. We couldn't find the restroom, so I had to knock on the door at the house to get directions (it's in the center entrance of the horse barn). We also weren't sure where to get water and never found the petting farm area with small animals. It would be helpful if the host made a map of the property to show guests where things are.

Weekend Trip to Juliane Henry’s Equestrian
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Juliane's ranch! The yurt was clean and had comfortable mattresses waiting for us. The place is especially magical if you have little ones. My 5 year old was in heaven being surrounded by horses and visiting the petting zoo. Right across from the driveway is a short path to take a dip in the river. We did get a lot of bug bites even with bug spray, but that's just how it goes sometimes. We also scheduled a horseback & pony ride for the morning after which was absolutely wonderful. The view of Mt. Si from camp is Hosts were warm and friendly, and my daughter won't stop asking when we can go back. Thank you for having us!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The area was beautiful and peaceful and the hurt was comfortable. My husband and I were bikepacking so it was nice to have a break from setting up the tent. I let the host know ahead of time that we would be arriving late and she told me where everything was on the property. We would definitely stay here again.

My kids and I loved this quick little getaway to the mountains! The yurt had plenty of room for all of us. The views are spectacular and there was no boredom found with a play set and animals to look at and pet, like goats, bunnies, pigs, horses and more! Juliane even gave both my kiddos a pony ride! Right across the road there’s a peaceful spot right on the river to hang out with and the location is super close to town for dining and shopping. Highly recommend!

Juliane and her family were helpful and laidback. They gave us a cozy spot to spend the night and access to explore the property and hang out with the *adorable* animals. Baby rabbits! Piglets! Goats who yell “help.” Juliane even arranged a pony ride for my daughter, who was so excited to ride the horse and was treated so kindly by Juliane’s student rider. The space heater in the bell tent, access to an outlet to charge my dying phone, and a fire pit stocked with wood made our stay extra comfortable. We loved having access to restaurants in North Bend and Snoqualmie, as well as an easy jumping off point for so many different hikes. Highly recommend a stay here, especially if you have animal loving kids!

Wonderful space for kids. Very friendly and accommodating- The owners even brought out a heater because they thought we’d be chilly overnight. The animals were so much fun for our almost 5-year old-Chickens, bunnies, pigs, goats, and horses. He had an amazing time riding his bike and being shown around by the family. Keep in mind that animals smells :) But we adjusted quickly. We will be back again.

The kitchen of the cabin is amazing, equipped with new Classic style appliances, you will enjoy having meals at our retro diner table. Bring your favorite vinyl records to play at our 50's record player. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish place. Naches RV Resort located 20 min from Yakima, WA. Its brand-new resort with beautiful mountain views, clubhouse and swimming pool are still under construction. We got Tennis ball play area, kids' playground, dogs unleased running area. The cabin build in 2023 and its 400sft but feels spacious, we got 2 queen size beds (very comfortable). One bedroom on the main level and 2nd on the top loft (fun for kids). Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, tea pot. We use propane gas for a stove, new pots and pans for guests to use. On the porch you will find retro cooler for your coke and beers (bring ice). Cabin equipped with a/c/heater unit, there is Wi-Fi available. We got smart tv's, you can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime for free, also there is plenty other channels. And the main feature of the cabin is 50's vinyl records player (updated with Bluetooth). You will enjoy drinking coffee with a beautiful mountain view. Also, there is picnic table and firepit chairs. You can bring your own propane firepit or rent from the office ($20). Our Outdoor activities: -The cooler season brings fun-filled times of snow & amp, recreation for the whole family. From skiing to snowshoeing, then come warm up in Retro cabin White Pass is only 45 minutes away. -Naches RV Resort is in the heart of a hunter's paradise, offering big game hunting of elk, deer, and even big horn sheep, as well as birds, waterfowl. -Some of WA State’s premier rock climbing and mountaineering destinations are within minutes of Naches RV Resort. -120 wineries and five American Viticulture Areas (AVA’s) provide MUCH to explore for the wine enthusiast. Purchased in 2013 after a fire came through the area. We've spent the last 7 years regenerating the land, planting trees, building our house and collecting places for people to rest their heads. Masabaje is the first two letters of each of our parents names (Margaret, Sandy, Barry, Jerry). We offer five listings - a converted schoolbus, an Airstream, retro trailer, truck bed glamp pod and tent spot. Meet Birdy, a semi-converted Blue Bird school bus with a comfortable queen mattress, couch, two recliners, dry kitchen, cooking utensils, and camp stove. There is access to a toilet, shower and sink (clean up area) in back room of main house (about a 4 minute walk). Birdy sits at "Top Pond", farthest from the house in a super quiet and private spot. You must bring your own bedding or sleeping bags, pillows, etc. (available here for an additional fee). There is no electricity available in Birdy. Devices can be charged up at the house. There is also no heater in Birdy, overnight temperatures in September and October can dip down into the mid-low 40's or lower. Meet Tin Man, we found him after he had been in an accident. We bandaged him up and he became the first place to sleep when we bought our empty land. He has a comfortable double mattress, couch, chair, kitchen, cooking utensils, and two burner stove. There is access to a toilet, shower and sink (clean up area) in back room of main house (about a 30 second walk). Tin Man sits on our driveway round-a-bout and is closest to the house. You must bring your own bedding or sleeping bags, pillows, etc. (available here for an additional fee). Ellensburg is known for its wind and our land is just down from a wind farm. We cannot control the wind, but Birdy sits in a pretty wind protected oasis. Masabaje is a clothing optional space. We are less than 2 hours from Seattle, 1 hour to Yakima wine country, 40 minutes to Vantage, 40 minutes to Leavenworth, 50 minutes to Snoqualmie Pass, 15 minutes to Ellensburg, 25 minutes to Roslyn, 25 minutes to Yakima River Canyon for floating and hiking, and so much more!

Tents can be pitched under four apple trees close to a fire pit for cooking. Beautiful area with horses and livestock to see in the neighborhood. A Blueberry Farm is across the street on Veazie picking around August. A Christmas Trees farm is across the street on SE 384th. Eagles, hawks, robins, doves, owls, and hummingbirds visiting hillside flower garden, are a few of the birds for your enjoyment. Check in is at 4:00 check out at 11:00 am, early check in is possible. Five quests are free with up to 2 more for a $10 dollar per person. Pets allowed on leash as there are wild animals on site. Modern Bathroom with cotton towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, two sinks, shower with a claw foot bath tub, seven foot long, bathroom might be shared with other guests. A separate room with fridge and microwave, ALL Cleaned after each person just because we are really careful hosts.  Campsite faces a Christmas Tree Farm and cows in a field.  Traffic noise possible as Veazie Cumberland is a main two lane road 250 feet from camp site. Two State parks within four miles. Four miles to the town of Enumclaw.  We have a 3 or 6 person tent for rent, a queen air mattress, sleeping bags if needed as well all at reasonable rental prices.
