Our 35 acre farm is located on a mountainside with beautiful views of the Clinch Mountain. Our location is rural and peaceful with abundant wildlife. Deer, Racoons, Opossums, Bobcats, Bear, Fox, Groundhogs, and Turkey have been spotted on the property. We are a great spot for bird watching as well! Camp Grassland: Two of our prepped campsites are on a flattened area of the hillside field with access to a fire pit, log bench, and porta-potty. This location is in direct sun with beautiful views and easy access from the road. Parking at the top of the field is recommended unless you have a 4WD vehicle. Cabin Breazy: Situated at one of the highest points on the property, Cabin Breazy is our cozy, off-grid, dry A-frame cabin surrounded by mountain views. Farmhouse Holler: 2nd Campsite is located next to our old farmhouse on a lower section of the property. Its near the natural spring and is shaded. There are no convenient bathroom facilities at this location so it is recommended to bring your own. Reaching the porta-potty would require an extensive uphill hike or driving around to the other entrance. To reach this campsite, the driveway could be considered rough terrain so drive slowly. Lowered vehicles or those with little ground clearance are not recommended. Each campsite has a max occupancy of 2 people. If you need space for more campers, please reach out to us about how many are in your party. We can host groups with advanced notification. Overlanding vehicles are welcome. Attractions: If you are looking for birds-eye view of the area, visit the Mendota Fire Tower only 3.2 mile away. You can see it from the farm and see the farm from it. It's about a 15 minute hike from the road. You can choose the mildly challenging way up or take the old roadway for a smoother walk. Clinch River is only 20 minutes away. Cool off in the river or enjoy kayaking and tubing opportunities from Clinch River Adventures. Closest convenience store is about 15 minutes away. Closest Grocery store is about 20 minutes away. Friendly-leashed pets are welcome on the property. Remember to always keep your pet tethered as we have free roaming animals on the property. Never leave pets unattended on the property. Usually can't tell a Saturday from a Tuesday most of the time as 80-90% of houses in the area are second vacation homes and unoccupied most of the year. Only 2 houses are located past ours before the cul-de-sac. We are separated by trees and woods on both sides. Private yet very Conveniently located. Getting around Plenty of Convenient Parking located across the concrete driveway. A Large Heavy Duty Wagon is Available for loading and unloading. Plenty of Great biking and hiking spaces are all around. Close to Knoxville, Cumberland Gap, The Smokey Mountains, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Cherokee NC and plenty of options should you choose to leave the lake for a while or your against fishing in the rain. I highly recommend this place!!! Beautiful scenery, stunning landscape, amazing place to stay, camp, enjoy quietness and cherish memories with your love ones. The farm is absolutely amazing my teenage boys love it so much they don’t want to leave. John is a very nice & tentative host. Answers right away & greets you with kindness. He also makes sure you have eveything you need and is a phone call/text away( very responsive). Couldn’t ask for a better stay!! We’ll definitely be back.

Maisy was extremely welcoming and hospitable and makes sure you have everything you need! Spent Mother’s Day with my girls and couldn’t have asked for a better or more peaceful experience. Cozy beds in the A frames and a nice fire pit with chairs supplied. A bathroom with shower and hot water with tables to hang out at the barn, loads of space . You can get a taste of farm life watching the herd move up the pasture as the day goes on. Farm tour was super interesting and informative, we got to pet the coos and see their different personalities come out by being in the field with them. Andre made us the best crepes before we headed out!

The description really can't do this place justice; you just have to enjoy it for yourself. The view obviously is unbelievable and is the star of the show. But Cabin Breezy is wonderful on it's own. You can tell Jessica put so much love and attention to detail in every inch of the mini but mighty A frame. We also weren't expecting to have an actual bathroom and shower to use (not just port-a-potties). So that was a major perk. My fiancé, our dog, and I came up for a little 2 night getaway for my birthday. Work has been WAY more stressful than usual lately for both of us. Staying on this land was cathartic in so many ways and we return home feeling completely renewed. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with the rest of us! I reached out and spoke with the Moo-fabulas owners about helping with a birthday surprise for my wife. Let me tell you they went above and beyond to ensure she had a birthday like no other and to make us happy. The owners are awesome people who love it all. We rented an A-frame for the night, enjoyed breakfast with the owners and then a Coo experience. Feeding, brushing, hugging and loving the herd out in the pasture. We learned a lot about highland cows. Not only do I recommend doing this, I demand that you go there. It is so therapeutic and relaxing to be around them. We will absolutely be back.

It was a very enjoyable experience in this rustic cabin. I was traveling with my dog and we had plenty of space for the both of us. At night you could hear the local creek and in the morning I hiked around the property. There was snow the first night but we were able to get wood for the stove and were very comfortable. Would recommend and will stay again when passing through.

John has a great property here. We were greeted by a white tail deer on arrival. The view is amazing and you are a short drive from Greenville’s historic downtown and many great restaurants. The tent is very nice and the fire pit is the perfect place to relax. The animals were a fun bonus even if the geese were loud. This is a great spot for families with children as there is a playground and John occasionally has movies with a concession stand. The small farm stand always has fresh eggs and a nice variety of handmade soaps, jewelry, tinctures and other fun items.

Tom’s camper was the perfect getaway on a long weekend for this single mama and two kiddos! It’s perfectly located between the region’s three state parks, with cozy beds, ample heat, plenty of towels and bedding, and all the kitchenware needed. The hot tub, hammock, and fire pit were perfect - the wood and snores supplies were a great touch! The outdoor tv/projection screen were super easy to figure out thanks to their excellent instructions. My kids can’t wait to come back!
