Currently we share our domestic and exotic animals to benefit 1000's of folks each year! Now we are opening up the Ranch to you as a HIP CAMPER! Located on a large farm and surrounded by rolling hills, creeks, open fields, and woods, the cabin is an ideal private get-away nestled in the Blue Ridge foothills.

The cabin is an authentic, historic structure, made of hand hewn logs, but with modern conveniences.

15 minutes from Smith Mountain Lake, the area offers swimming, hiking, kayaking, and fishing. We’re also 15 minutes from Rocky Mount, Virginia, and 40 minutes from Roanoke.

You will have the site entirely to yourself. Hosts are available if needed but honor your privacy.

We have owned our property for 10 years and have grown our family farm starting with Tennessee Walking horses and now Black Angus cattle.  Our farm has organic pastures for our cattle to roam.  We have 2 ponds for fishing or paddle boating. Plenty of nature to watch or just plain relaxing in Mother Nature. 
The horses are friendly... so are the dogs!Learn more about this land:Park your camper on one of our spots and enjoy the quiet of way off the asphalt! Enjoy the Fire ring and picnic table area nearby for s’mores or just hanging out under the stars listening to the frogs. This is a working farm with cattle in the fields grazing and horses out in the pastures. Several pups have run of the land and are very people friendly.&nbsp;Please note: Site 1 has 50 amp power and Site 2 has 20 amp power.

Mystic Meadow Farm Glamping.

My farm had been untouched for years and only used as hay farming. It is rolling hills known by the locals as "Butterfly Hill" Which the farm is home to many species of butterflies in the summer. I know the area was inhabited by native Americans many decades ago. I have found a few broken arrow heads over the years. The farm is beautiful and quiet. I have a beautiful hiking trail around the property for you to take your fur babies on. The cabin is right on a beautiful stream too. There are several state parks nearby and river tubing within 10 -30 minutes. Hot showers and potable water just a few feet away.

There is an expansive area of forest in the back for camping so please take your pick. Please park your car in the front paved driveway, front yard,&nbsp; or in the front of the street. Then walk towards back towards the campground area.&nbsp;The home is vacant currently so please don’t worry about other folks onsite.Our campsite is family friendly and includes the following amenities:-Campfires are allowed though there is no fire pit-Pets are allowed on site-There is wheelchair access-Pets are allowed on site-There is a composting toilet available-There is wifi available and some cell receptionAdditional details to noteIf you would like to have a campfire please make sure to BYO firewood. We do not have a kitchen or cooking supplies so plan to bring your own equipment. There is no potable water provided so please bring your own water for drinking and cooking.
