Great Well water available near farmhouse. Biodegradable soaps Only if used in the ponds. Double Olympic sized Swim Pond we stock with Rainbow Trout to keep clear. We have been advised Not to allow imported firewood (can import Wood Beetle dangerous for our forest). - PLEASE use the Firewood bundle tubs we provide ($12.50) - pick up at the farmhouse or pull wood from the woods (and make it safer for use). Beautiful and plenty of wildlife nearby... as well as Outhouses are marked on Map we provide with solar lights marking them at night. Do Not Leave food out when camping or away from site. We enjoyed the horse run in! The run in was clean and had everything we needed. Very much enjoyed the wood burning stove, hot tub, and fire pit. We found the dvd player, books, and record player charming. The farm is beautiful and we enjoyed the town of Londonderry. While the listed rules were a bit overwhelming, Ben and Loana were very kind and hospitable and easy to deal with (it was only surprising bc the rules had set a bit of a different tone). I would highly recommend.

I stayed two nights while exploring the trails and really enjoyed the view over the field with their horses during the day and the stars at night were amazing. The open secluded space provided was amazing and having firewood on site was top notch. Very beautiful view to wake up too and the trails were great and the trees was so beautiful. Would definitely come back again!! The host was great and showed us where our campsite was when we got there late, 😅 she was nice to wait up. They have hot showers which was great and a cute little farmers market where she had the veggies and eggs there to purchase. Plus there were cows there to see, so cute! Thanks again and would definitely come back again!!

My family (7 year old daughter, husband and dog) had the most wonderful time tent camping at the Hops site on Heather and Paul's beautiful farm. It's such a special, expansive place with so many cool spots to hike to within the farm that we didn't feel like we needed to leave the property. We loved the peace and privacy of the Hops site but next time we'd like to try to Oak tree site which has stunning views. My daughter loved drinking directly from the spring behind Heather's house, and visiting the pergola near dusk. The highland cows against the backdrop of rolling hills and the beautiful slate structures look like paintings. I'd definitely recommend taking the tour of the property to orient yourself. Heather is a lovely person and a knowledgeable and engaging host.

This campground is easy to park with a convenient bathroom and showers that are fairly clean. Toilets were cleaned both mornings. The last shower stall is large enough to get clothes away from shower area. The shower heads are intelligently placed facing toward the back wall and there was plenty of hot water. The washer and dryer are reasonably priced. We were there late in the season and they were doing some work with chain saws. Perhaps in preparation for the next season. Absolutely no managerial people spoke to us and the office was closed when we arrived. We just went to our reserved site.

I love staying at Fernando's cabin with my dog. They had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. The hot tub in the sauna were a real bonus. Loana and Ben were not in the least bit intrusive, but we're quick to respond when I had a question. Their sweet lab Simon greeted us as we were leaving. Would definitely return.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful lake view cabin! The photos online truly don't do it justice—the place is even more stunning in person. The cabin was incredibly cozy, relaxing, and peaceful, with all the amenities you could ask for. The mornings were especially great, waking up to the beautiful lake views. We spent two nights here and every moment was perfect. The host was so friendly and welcoming, making our experience even better. As the first guests, we felt honored to be part of this gem's story.
