There are biking trails near the property that you can hop right on. Lund Trail and Three Peaks are both really close. We are 15 minutes from Wal-mart, Panda, Cafe Rio and other businesses. Near Brian Head Ski Resort, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, and other great outdoor activities. The property has a gentle slope of about 7 feet down to the east over about 200 feet. It is rocky and sandy desert. You will want to bring water. Let me know if you want to see the video I made showing how it is about 60 seconds down a nice dirt road to Lund Highway. :) I can share a link with a video showing the views. Let the animals loose, roll out the off road vehicles, ride bikes, and build a fire and enjoy that peaceful good outdoor life.  The old Spanish trail can be found nearby for hiking and/or biking and there are mountains and cool wildlife all around in the valley. The stars all pop completely present with no light pollution to spoil them.  Additionally, Southern Utah has so many other trails and beautiful places all over in almost any direction. Zion National Park is only a little over an hour drive away down I-15. I highly recommend Kanarraville Falls as well, as it's at most only 30 minutes away. *** Getting to the property: It is directly off of the "main" road which consists of a well kept wide dirt road. The GPS location will guide you straight there to an intersecting road with a stop sign called 1200 E which runs south the "main" road/4800 N/AKA Antelope Springs Rd. At this intersection, there is a trail running north marked with an orange post for fiber cable. That trail and road marks the bottom left corner of the property if you're facing north. Follow the trail and find your way anywhere on the right side, there are already some campsites made up, but you are also welcome to make your own to your hearts desire. Be mindful of your vehicle, cars can drive the trail but there is always a risk of getting stuck. You can also park on the main road as you are already at the property anyway and can just walk in a little ways to set up your camp. **It's important to be aware of any fire warnings for Iron County, Utah. Do a Google search for fire threats and it should be the first thing you see. Most of the time, large bonfires will be highly discouraged. Use good judgment when building a fire of any size.  *Cedar City is a straight shot East if you need any medical attention.

The Hi-Road Zion RV Campgrounds were a stone’s throw away from the East entrance to Zion National Park. The campground was easy to find, well maintained, had a super easy self check-in process for late arrivals, and had plenty of nice amenities as needed for those staying there. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a close-by campground to Zion National Park!

Tent camping is primitive in that the walk to the bathroom at night is long 😂 It is beautiful though, with the sites facing the rock wall face. Night skies are incredible there! Bathrooms are decent but some parts are under repair so women’s bathroom is down one shower, leaving two functional and one toilet stall is out, but there are plenty working. Washers and dryers are in need of repair also, unfortunately. Only two of each were currently working, but it was nice to have the availability at all there.

We loved camping at Hi-Road Zion! We camped at Primitive Site B and had a great night. Our site was clear and clean, the picnic table & available potable water were total game changers, and the bathroom and shower house was icing on the cake! Hot showers in the morning before a great day at Zion made it one of my favorite days of our trip. The campground was about two minutes from the east entrance of Zion Natl Park. Would most definitely book a trip through Hi-Road Zion again!

We had a great time at Hi-Road Campground! It was nice that it’s located just outside Zion’s east entrance. The check-in was good, accommodated our request for a shaded site and even gave us recommendations for things to do in town.

One of the most enjoyable camping trips ever! Del was an amazing host and so kind to share his property with us. The kids enjoyed the pump track, and got some Great use out of the tennis courts. You can’t beat the scenery here in Parowan. Will be coming back again for sure!

We loved our stay on the ranch!! Beautiful land, wonderful animals, our kids (3&6) had a blast. Shower on site was a great addition and not a far walk from the RV area. Collette and others on the ranch were welcoming and friendly, we felt right at home. The night sky was amazing and we even saw shooting stars! Only 2 1/2 hours from Vegas, amazing to have something so close. Can’t wait to come back!!

We reserved one of the RV spots this past weekend. Collete was absolutely a pleasure and was super sweet with us. This place has a well maintained range, all different animals(including 2 donkeys who LOVE being pet my my kid) very well kept and the views are incredible. Truly a beautiful ranch that we will for sure be back to in the future.
