Being 5 minutes from two different hot springs, you can easily enjoy a sunset or sunrise sitting in the springs. There is a fishing pond owned by Monroe City two blocks from the park and we are only an hour and a half from Bryce Canyon and an hour and a half from Capitol Reef. We are centrally located between the Mighty Five. (Canyonlands, Zion, Arches, Capitol Reef and Bryce Canyon). You will be able to hop on an ATV trail directly from the park which will connect to hundreds of miles of trails nearby. Being 5 minutes from two different hot springs, you can easily enjoy a sunset or sunrise sitting in the springs. There is a fishing pond owned by Monroe City two blocks from the park and we are only an hour and a half from Bryce Canyon and an hour and a half from Capitol Reef. We are centrally located between the Mighty Five. (Canyonlands, Zion, Arches, Capitol Reef and Bryce Canyon). Guests will be able to see paragliders fill our sky in the summer and fall months and their landing pad is located 2 blocks east of our park. See you soon!

Weekend Trip to Sevier River RV Park/Themed Cabins
Rikki is the best host you could ask for. She was so welcoming and always available for anything you needed. The cabin was cozy and warm even in December when we went. There is two cabins nearby but set up in a way that you hardly notice them as they are facing the river. Lots of cute geese, ducks, and chicken running around. We will definitely be back!

Great place and had a fun time at the Garden cabin! Even for early december and winter conditions, the room was very warm and we had a comfortable time at night. The host was very helpful and responsive when we had questions about firewood and the property. Definitely recommend and would love to visit again in summer if I have a chance!

We had a great time staying here! The barn was super cute, warm, and cosy, and the bathrooms were great.
Our only complaint is that there were five large dogs running around off leash the entire time we were there. Of course they were friendly to me and my parents, but my own dog does not always do well with other dogs. I barely let him out because I didn't want him to meet five other large dogs, especially when the owner was not in sight. I am not sure if these dogs live on site or belonged to another guest, but we would have appreciated stricter rules about dogs being kept on leash (as my dog was).

Such beautiful views and easily accessible to hikes and so much more beauty! The kitchenette and bathrooms were well maintained and so appreciated. Tent camping at Sevier River's was so incredibly peaceful. It was a birding paradise and the lazy river right by our campsite lulled me right to sleep. It's close to the highway, but the road noise was minimal, especially at night. The managers were extremely friendly and helpful, and they brought us a delicious breakfast to our campsite in the morning (for a small additional charge). Highly recommend!

From the beginning to the end, this was a lifechanging encounter. I was looking for a beautiful spot to camp off the interstate between las vegas and denver and was fortunate to find this gem of a spot! Rikki greeted me with a big hug and showed me around the property sharing stories of how she and her husband came to be there! I loved seeing the horses and underground greenhouse and the peacock greeted me in the evening too!
Besides the beautiful energies of the hosts, the property itself feels so relaxing, the river running by the camp spots and cabins. I got to stay in "Margaritaville" and enjoy a fluffy bed and the sunset by the river.
There are showers and laundry available and a DELICIOUS breakfast in the morning.
I can not wait to bring my husband back and explore more. The time was short but WAY more than I thought I was signing up for. I highly recommend this spot. And will be back soon!!

Beautiful location, plenty of parking options, nice breakfast (plus eggs to purchase from their own chickens!) They also have horses, flocks of geese, peacocks and other animals… plenty of things to do (altho we could only stay one short evening!) - perfect middle stop for our route from Orange County CA to Colorado! We loved our time at Parker's beach site! We camped at Beach Site 1 and had a great time. Would recommend bringing bug spray, as we started to fight some mosquitoes after the sun went down, but beyond that, the night was great. Parker was a great host and was very responsive - We bought firewood from him and had a nice big fire in one of the big firepit bowls. The bathroom house was awesome, just a bit of a walk from the beach. Our sleep was excellent, and we had a great drive into SLC the next day. Would absolutely recommend camping here!

I had a really great time at Sandy beaches I was prepared for camping, pod nine was beautiful. I was ready to care for my trash, I knew I needed to keep my food cold. They figured out how to cool it down, slept well. I was glad to have a beautiful fire on the beach. Super cool. There were a lot of flies. I wasn’t ready for that. I look forward to going again.

Directions were good site is very unique beautiful surroundings wide open space.
It gets pretty windy and at at dusk, we were dealing with a bunch of bugs. They didn’t sting, but there were lots of them.
There’s a bathroom and a shower. It’s fairly basic no hot water but of course you are very remote there.
Host was very responsive and informative.
Would definitely stay there again as it is so very unique to wake up and be on a beach!
