Staying at the Rockin Robin Ranch was nothing but pleasant. Lynnellen’s a wonderful host, truly a gem. Seems like an amazing community that she treats with all her guests. There are so many places to choose from the stay, and you feel welcomed anywhere you choose. I felt safe and at home at this property.

I loved the bed. That sounds so weird but it's like sleeping on a cloud. The host is great. Such a sweetheart. So cute. We had a great time. The treetop is the one I'd choose. The pics don't do it justice. We will be back. Aspen is so spacious. The only thing was the showers weren't up and running but it was late in the year!!

Amazing location tucked away. Perfect for van parking for the evening. Nice bathroom with shower, kitchen space, big communal space and a dreamy front porch for reading. Only wish I could have stayed much longer.

2 nights at Sandy Beach

The property was more run down on the outside then the photos but we all know we post pictures at our best, lots of over grown prickly bushes which is a Yuba thing but the listing just doesn't reflect that so fyi. It was hot as Hades in that box when I arrived and there is a portable swamp cooler but it mostly just made it humid and smell funny so I turned it back off and just opened windows and the sliding door. I was happy to have a bed and not tent it, that was my goal and this fit that perfectly, but it's still "camping" so be realistic in expectations. Bathroom was a smidge further than I imagined, it's a walk back down the road and up a hill. There were outlets by the bed and bar top but I couldn't get anything to plug in, just would not insert, luckily the ones by the bed had a USB port and the charger I had worked for that. The view in the morning was amazing overlooking the lake and since I was there in August it cools down a lot at night with windows open. Overall it was pleasant. The listing also said wifi available but when I searched for a network none were found, not even password protected ones. Closest gas station is back towards nephi just FYI so no quick stop for snacks, do it on the way or plan for the outting.

Weekend Trip to The Store

We stayed in the Zen dome on the property. It's in a charming garden area. There is also a large common area building with a kitchen, bathroom/shower, and a lounge. This is accessible day or night. The owner showed us around and was very cordial and informative. We had a great stay. Unfortunately fire season dictates we couldn't have a campfire but no biggie in August. The dome is cool but it's not large. We brought two nice cots and the foot of my bag was sticking out the entrance a bit. There is no physical door, just a privacy curtain, so just keep that in mind. I'd recommend this little getaway for sure, if you are into petroglyphs and Fremont culture. Check out 9 mile canyon for all of that, and not a long drive the other way is Scofield reservoir which is fun for the summer water stuff. We did both, plus the Helper Arts Festival just so happened to be going that weekend and it was excellent. I highly recommend!

The Glamping Tent itself exceeded my expectations for sure. It was very clean, extremely cute, very quiet (which is what i was looking for most), and private. Mrs. Lynn makes you feel very at home. She is kind and sincere. Shes definitely someone Id stop by and say Hi to whether I was staying there or not. Overall, a beautiful place to stay and Id absolutely stay again, and plan on it 🩷

The zome is situated in the upper corner of the most magical desert garden. There are many places to sit in the garden, and each offers a gorgeous view of the garden and the cliffs in the background. The garden belongs to a historic building that's in the process of a restoration. The front porch of The Store offers a spectacular view of a huge valley. I loved spending time on the porch in the morning. The nearby town of Helper has a historic Main Street with a nice coffee shop, art galleries restaurants, and a museum. We also went to a fun dinosaur museum in Price, UT. But our main goal for the trip was to explore 9 Mile Canyon. The canyon is full of ancient treasures. So many petroglyphs, and a hike to a Fremont village. We had just enjoyed the work of modern artists in Helper, and our last day of the trip was panel after panel of ancient artwork. Side note: I would only recommend the zome to someone with good mobility, who can confidently walk across uneven, sandy paths. If you are unsure, there's also an Air BNB located inside The Store that might be a better option.

I had the most relaxing stay at Sandy Beach. This was such a hidden gem!! I was traveling on my own as a 28 year old girl and felt very safe. I met so many kind people, and Parker was an amazing host. I ended up extending my stay and hope to be back as soon as possible!

Beautiful spot to quiet the mind and refresh the soul. Potable water within a 5-min driving distance, electricity by solar power, and flushable toilet plus shower from tank water. The whole site is off grid and eco-friendly and right on a private beach. Can’t get any better!

Truly one of the most wonderful homes and people we've encountered. Lynn is an exceptional host, allowing you to have as much space or community as you'd like. I felt like we were visiting a beloved Aunt! The main house is full of life and art and books, you're encouraged to politely make yourself at home. Lynn was available for anything we needed and her conversation left our souls feeling nourished. The home and property are a working creation: mound gardens being built, meals being prepared, and creative beauty happening all around! The animals are happy and healthy, as are the people, we got to meet a few helpers and Lynn's kind son. We stayed in the Boho bell tent and slept incredibly well, heated blanket and everything else you might need was thoughtfully provided. If you need anything, just ask, Lynn's only a text or phone call away or found tending to the kitchen or caring for a person/animal/plant. Thank you for everything!!

We had an excellent 3-and-a-half-day stay at this campsite, and it was really a 5-star experience. From the start, Lynnellen was extremely attentive, she made the effort to check in with us every night to ensure we had everything we needed, quickly answering every call and problem, and going out of her way to assist us during our stay. The hospitality exceeded expectations. The homemade breakfasts were amazing and a thoughtful touch every morning. The assistance with laundry and other little tasks made everything much more convenient and comfortable. You can sense how much care and attention goes into running the place. We felt warmly welcomed and cared for. We're already planning to return and would highly suggest this campsite to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-managed, and welcoming experience.

Such a unique little stop! Our tent was comfortable and clean, Lynnellen was so kind and accommodating, and the outdoor shower was a delightful bonus. We were on a road trip so we weren't set up the best for not being able to park right at the campsite, but the walk is very short and it wasn't a huge deal. The sites are close to one another, however, we ended up being the only ones there so it was quiet and private for us. Lynnellen has so many different offerings for you when you are there, it is sure to please every type of camper!

Lynn was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly, would stop her busy day to answer questions or ask if you need anything, and opened nearly her whole home as well as everything outside. You can tell she takes great pride in her home and area & it she seems to constantly be making improvements. We will for sure be back! The sunsets were beautiful from the farthest point of her backyard, where a fun:unique community fire pit area is placed. The cows were friendly haha and the trees she’s planted are beautiful & not the typical UT trees. I also loved the swings that can be fun for adults as well. Our second night there a storm was blowing in, though it never rained, the wind gusts were over 20mph and our yurt was extremely comfortable and we could hardly tell from inside the wind was so strong outside.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. What a beautiful experience to meet Lynnellen and be welcomed in that home. The tent on the trampoline is such a funny idea, and I slept great. I fell asleep to the sound of the rain and woke up to the songs of birds. Paradise stuff. But the best part is Lynnellen being a 10/10 host. I wish I had spent more time there, enjoying and helping in that house.
