We do live on the property with two small dogs (friendly) and chickens (contained). A privacy fence separates the homes. The drive way is shared by guests and property owners. Amenities: Excellent AC/heat Electricity -On demand tankless water heater. -Wi-Fi Kitchen has a mid-size refrigerator, 4 burner propane gas stove with oven, large sink and individual filtered water faucet, microwave, toaster, coffee bar, and all cooking and eating utensils necessary to prepare a meal. We provide coffee, tea assortment, creamer, sugar, spices, olive and avocado oils, and Farm Fresh eggs. Bathroom has a flush toilet, 36” shower stall with body wash, shampoo & conditioner dispenser. Bath towels, toilet paper, blow dryer, and small iron. The sleeping loft upstairs has a full size bed and small chest of drawers to keep clothing in. There is an extra fan for warmer if needed. The living area has a futon couch that makes into a full size bed. There is a speaker available to listen to music but no television. Out doors you will find a propane bbq pit, fire pit, firewood, and sitting area to enjoy the nights sky after a long day of traveling or hiking. Guest access When you exit Hwy 12 onto Road 200 West our driveway is to your immediate left. You will see the Grover Getaway sign at the beginning of the driveway. Follow the drive up then around to your right, arrow will indicate the turn. There will be a lower and upper guest parking area both marked with signs. You can park in either spot.

We built this Tiny home and lived in it for 8 years as we built our forever home. Many wonderful memories have been made in this tiny house and it is now available as a short term rental for others to create their own memories. Unplug from technology and reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The space This Tiny House on wheels measures 8’x 24’ at 180 square feet. It is very cozy and comfortable. We do live on the property with two small dogs (friendly) and chickens (contained). A privacy fence separates the homes. The drive way is shared by guests and property owners. Amenities: Excellent AC/heat Electricity -On demand tankless water heater. -Wi-Fi Kitchen has a mid-size refrigerator, 4 burner propane gas stove with oven, large sink and individual filtered water faucet, microwave, toaster, coffee bar, and all cooking and eating utensils necessary to prepare a meal. We provide coffee, tea assortment, creamer, sugar, spices, olive and avocado oils, and Farm Fresh eggs. Bathroom has a flush toilet, 36” shower stall with body wash, shampoo & conditioner dispenser. Bath towels, toilet paper, blow dryer, and small iron. The sleeping loft upstairs has a full size bed and small chest of drawers to keep clothing in. There is an extra fan for warmer if needed. The living area has a futon couch that makes into a full size bed. There is a speaker available to listen to music but no television. Out doors you will find a propane bbq pit, fire pit, firewood, and sitting area to enjoy the nights sky after a long day of traveling or hiking. Guest access When you exit Hwy 12 onto Road 200 West our driveway is to your immediate left. You will see the Grover Getaway sign at the beginning of the driveway. Follow the drive up then around to your right, arrow will indicate the turn. There will be a lower and upper guest parking area both marked with signs. You can park in either spot.

Weekend Trip to Capitol Reef RV Park and Glamping
Stayed in #60, an A-framed structure about 200sq/ft with electricity, AC, heat, and windows that view the sky. Site has a picnic table, fire pit, and chairs around the fire. Very comfortable bedding. Beautiful and quiet grounds. Well maintained. Bathrooms and showers are a 10/10. Justin at the store/clubhouse is top notch and a great host with great recommendations to local hikes and restaurants. There is also a cool dog park area that is fenced in and has some fun obstacles for them. All in all this place is awesome and we cannot wait to come back.

We had a great time staying here! The barn was super cute, warm, and cosy, and the bathrooms were great. Our only complaint is that there were five large dogs running around off leash the entire time we were there. Of course they were friendly to me and my parents, but my own dog does not always do well with other dogs. I barely let him out because I didn't want him to meet five other large dogs, especially when the owner was not in sight. I am not sure if these dogs live on site or belonged to another guest, but we would have appreciated stricter rules about dogs being kept on leash (as my dog was).

Vey clean and well maintained RV park with level, spacious sites. Convenient access to the national parks in the area. Site manager is on-call. Very nice & clean laundry room that is open 24 hours with a code. My wife’s only criticism is that the park is right off of Hwy 24 and being a light sleeper, occasional loud vehicles woke her up. We would stay here again.

The wagon was adorable! We were worried it might be too cold, but there was a small space heater that kept us toasty with lows of ~25F. There was also an air conditioner that we didn’t use. The wagon has ceiling lights inside and a couple outlets. Due to the off season, the was not crowded at all and the bathrooms were really clean.

It's close to the highway, but the road noise was minimal, especially at night. The managers were extremely friendly and helpful, and they brought us a delicious breakfast to our campsite in the morning (for a small additional charge). Highly recommend!

From the beginning to the end, this was a lifechanging encounter. I was looking for a beautiful spot to camp off the interstate between las vegas and denver and was fortunate to find this gem of a spot! Rikki greeted me with a big hug and showed me around the property sharing stories of how she and her husband came to be there! I loved seeing the horses and underground greenhouse and the peacock greeted me in the evening too! Besides the beautiful energies of the hosts, the property itself feels so relaxing, the river running by the camp spots and cabins. I got to stay in "Margaritaville" and enjoy a fluffy bed and the sunset by the river. There are showers and laundry available and a DELICIOUS breakfast in the morning. I can not wait to bring my husband back and explore more. The time was short but WAY more than I thought I was signing up for. I highly recommend this spot. And will be back soon!! Thank you so much for creating this beautiful space to share!!
