Guest access We are on five acres and you are more than welcome to meander everywhere. There are lots of trees, benches and a tire swing. You are also welcome to say hi to the chickens and the horses, the goose and her entourage of ducks just beware the “Bad Rooster” he is mean and prays on the weak. Everyone else will all treat you like a rockstar if you bring them food. The wire around the horse pen is hot. So step inside, with the horses to say hi to them. They love carrots and apples. Other things to note We do have a washer and dryer on the premises. But they are not in the guest space. If you need a load or two done, I am more than happy to oblige. We are on a septic system and anything besides toilet paper thrown down the toilet, Is bad, so please refrain from throwing in feminine hygiene products, cotton balls or paper towels down the toilet. Decorative pillows are just for decoration. I only wash them once a season, so use the other pillows for sleeping. It is helpful but in no way expected if you’d like to strip your beds at the end of your stay. I hope you have so much fun staying with us!

Everyone else will all treat you like a rockstar if you bring them food. The wire around the horse pen is hot. So step inside, with the horses to say hi to them. They love carrots and apples. Other things to note We do have a washer and dryer on the premises. But they are not in the guest space. If you need a load or two done, I am more than happy to oblige. The space This is a whole, all inclusive space to yourself in my daylight basement apartment. There is, games, books, a TV, kitchen and fireplace. Cleaned and disinfected after every guest. Guest access We are on five acres and you are more than welcome to meander everywhere. There are lots of trees, benches and a tire swing. You are also welcome to say hi to the chickens and the horses, the goose and her entourage of ducks just beware the “Bad Rooster” he is mean and prays on the weak. Everyone else will all treat you like a rockstar if you bring them food. The wire around the horse pen is hot. So step inside, with the horses to say hi to them. They love carrots and apples. Other things to note We do have a washer and dryer on the premises. But they are not in the guest space. If you need a load or two done, I am more than happy to oblige. The drive to this place is just wonderful! Easy check in with clear instructions. Bathrooms are super clean! Cute little outdoor community space that's next to the game room. We only stayed a night but wished it was for 2. We played card games and watched a movie then passed out! The night sky was starry with a bit of clouds and the full moon lighting up the night! We loved our stay! Great location. We were in room 34 directly across from the restrooms and showers. The room was very comfortable, and the land was beautiful, very spacious and clean. The Mountain view’s were spectacular. We had a fire in the fire pit the night we were there, it was so cozy on a chilly night. Colby was fantastic, very helpful and extremely easy to reach. I would highly recommend Bryce Canton Shadows campground for stay!

We stayed in one of the cabins, extremely pleasant, checkin is fully self serve, so late arrival is no issue. The campground is less than 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon National Park, which was our long weekend destination. Every unit has its own firepit in front, and AC (surprisingly, heating was no issue even though nighttime temperatures were down to the 40s, guess the buildings store the daytime heat well). There is an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and some basic dishes. It's a good idea to bring your own frying pan and maybe plastic utensils, cooking spray, etc, if you want to make sure you have what you need for somewhat more complex projects. Otherwise, you'll have everything you would have in a hotel room, plus the glamping part. There are shower & bathroom stalls, which are roomy, we'll ventilated, and extremely clean, better than most budget hotel showers. Nice touch: free coffee (there is a coffee maker with filters, sugar, and creamer provided, and you'll have to make your own pot). Generally, the place never felt crowded, even though it was labor day weekend.

It’s such a great location - we chose it for its proximity to major hikes in Zion National Park. Rhonda even recommended a drive just 5 minutes from the property to view the sunset - and it drove right through the gorgeous Kolob Canyons!
