This home sits at the top of the hill and looks out across the property, surrounding mountains, and beautiful canyons. This home is our largest at 570 square feet with 400 square feet on the main level, a 12 foot ceiling to an open loft adding an additional 170 square feet, and a feeling of openness. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, a flat screen smart TV, a small desktop work space that is convenient for working on a laptop or getting ready for the day, clothes hanging, additional storage space under the bed for luggage, and a thermostat for individual climate control. The loft area is open to the kitchen and living room and has two XL (Extra Long) twin beds. This is a great space to play games, store extra gear, or just stretch out and relax. Jen’s sheep farm glamping set up is the perfect place to get away from it all, without feeling like you’re in the middle of nowhere when it comes to things you need. The set up is perfect. The bed is comfortable, her communication was great, it’s private with a stunning backdrop, and has everything you need! She did such a great job with the cooking set up, as well as the shower and bathroom facilities. We stayed here while spending a bit of time in Zion it’s about a 40 minute drive to the park entrance, so it was perfect I hope to come back again and again!

An Unforgettable Stay in a Hidden Gem! Staying at this cave house in Boulder Utah was like stepping into another world. Nestled into the red rock cliffs, the home blends naturally into its surroundings while offering comfort and character you won't find anywhere else. The interior is cozy and thoughtfully designed, with all the essentials-plus some magical touches that make the space feel like a retreat from reality. The highlight? The private swimming hole just a short walk from the cave. Refreshing water sounded by canyon walls-it was the perfect way to cool off and enjoy the desert landscape. We spent our mornings sipping coffee at the cave's entrance with breathtaking views, and afternoons relaxing by the water or exploring nearby trails. What really made this place special were the animals. Friendly horses roam the property. A sweet dog was our constant companion during morning coffee and a laid-back cat made itself at home on our porch, adding a homey feel. It felt like staying in a little desert sanctuary with its own four-legged welcoming committee. If you are looking for something truly off the beaten path-with beauty, peace, and a touch of wild magic-this is the place. It is totally different-peaceful, off-grid and unforgettable. We didn't want to leave! Perfect for adventurous couples or small families who want to disconnect and immerse themselves in nature. We spent our annual girls trip staying here. Highly recommend!

This place was so incredible, unique, amazing, magical. All of the things! The cave is breathtaking, and we all still can't believe he did almost all of it by hand. The beds were comfy, and there were all of the amenities you would need. Grant is such an incredible human, and how he has transformed the land and brought it to life is beyond admirable. Be sure to take the time to chat with him, hear his story, and learn about all of the incredible things he is doing. Loved every minute of our stay, and will definitely be back.

Absolutely beautiful spot! So great to get a camping vibe in a high-end cottage right in downtown Escalante. We hiked all day and got to sleep in incredibly comfortable, make yummy meals, had hot showers, and taught our kids how to make s'more's while we had coffee. What a great place to stay with friends or family!

Wow what a fantastic find! Stayed here with my 2 boys and we had such a great time. My kids loved seeing all the animals and feeding them. The owners were so kind. I appreciated having organic coffee in our cabin and the homemade baked goods and farm eggs for breakfast. Loved that it was perfect for seeing both Zion and Bryce. We would love to stay again if we’re ever in the area!
