The farthest removed from the lake of among the three campground conglomeration including Piney Shores and Red Oak loops, Yaupon Loop is located just off the road and is equipped with nearby bathroom and shower facilities as well as a dump station

Sandwiched between the beachside Piney Shores and the outer Yaupon Loop campgrounds, sites 38 - 49 are nice and quiet due to their location slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of the lake and the road, although they are just a short stroll away from both

Lake Livingston is a large 23+ mile lake. We bought the property in 2014 and did upgrades on weekends, love the views, fishing, campfires, and meeting people so we opened the first cabin in April of 2018, now have 5 cabins and 9 rv sites and welcome you to enjoy the lake as much as we do. Every season of the year is a little different and all are wonderful!&nbsp;&nbsp;We are in nature, and across street from wetlands, yet only 2 miles from city grocery store and restaurants! There are 3 piers, fishing, picnicking, beautiful sunsets, nature watching, small watercraft rentals, guide paid pontoon tours, swimming, bonfires, bbq’s with firewood available on site for purchase if desired.&nbsp;&nbsp;Use for short term rental retreats, or long term.&nbsp;

Escape to a private forest tucked behind two peaceful lakes and a dam. Camp beneath towering trees, fish or kayak on the water, and enjoy wildlife by day and stargazing by night. Guests are welcome to cut and use forest wood for campfires or projects (please avoid large trees), adding to the adventure. 
There’s even a blossoming pile of firewood right in front of the property. When you arrive, look for a post marked with the number 6—this is the property. You’ll also see a surveyor’s stake in the ground with pink string and blue yarn.
This natural retreat offers plenty of space for tents, hammocks, or small RVs, giving you both freedom and privacy. Please don’t disturb the small shed, but if you see it, you’re in the right place! Whether you’re here to relax, recharge, or explore, this forest hideaway is the perfect off-grid escape.

Fuselier Farm

Tucked away behind a vast pine timber farm, this quiet campsite offers a simple, peaceful escape surrounded by tall trees and fresh woodland air. The site opens into a cleared, sandy area beneath the pines, creating plenty of room to spread out while still feeling private and secluded.

At the heart of the campsite is a stone fire pit—perfect for evening campfires, cooking over an open flame, or gathering to relax after a day outdoors. Nearby log seating adds a rustic touch and makes it easy to sit back and enjoy the warmth and crackle of the fire.

The main setup includes a spacious three-room tent that provides dedicated areas for sleeping, relaxing, and storing gear, offering more comfort than a standard single-room tent. Beyond that, there is ample open space for additional tents, making this spot ideal for families, small groups, or multiple campers who want to stay together without feeling crowded.

Guests can expect a quiet, back-to-nature experience—ideal for stargazing, campfire cooking, storytelling, and unplugging from daily life. The surrounding pine forest offers a calming backdrop, with natural sounds and shaded areas throughout the day. This campsite is best suited for those seeking simplicity, privacy, and a genuine outdoor camping atmosphere rather than developed amenities.

Cashrock Farm and RV

Cashrock Farm and RV Park features an extremely quiet and well maintained “mini-mansion” two bedroom cottage and RV parking and camping spots on 55 acres with pine and oak trees sprinkled about, hay fields, two ponds and plenty of room for camping,  parking, walking, biking and horses.

Cashrock is located approximately 8 miles from two towns, Lufkin and Diboll Texas, 7 miles frm Angelina Community College, close to nearby Nacogdoches (the oldest town in Texas) and only 1 1/2 to two hours from Houston or Galveston, NASA and the Gulf of Mexico (to the south) or Tyler and Longview (to the north). If you like bass fishing, Cashrock is only 20 minutes from the Lake Sam Rayburn Resevoir.

With over 55 acres to roam and explore, abundant parking space accomodates a wide variety of event attendance.Events such as Weddings, Large picnics, corporate getaways, retreats or celebrations could be hosted “on the farm,” for an additional fee. The spaces can easily accommodate  gatherings of 25 or more attendees. It’s a great venue for wedding and event photography sessions, too!
