2 nights at Little Off Lake House

Little off Lake House was a sweet spot to get away for a couple of days with our sons. We were tucked away and had just about one of the best views a person could want and need to rest their minds for a bit. The fishing was fun, they're plentiful, and Kellie providing the option adding on the barge topped it off. We played ping pong, watched movies and enjoyed the deck. The house was clean, mowed around and the AC works great. I would definitely recommend this place to unwind Thank y'all to Kellie and family for sharing with us :).

Hi, God bless you! If you are looking for a place to disconnect, that has a beautiful view and just a peaceful place to enjoy family time! This is the perfect place. Waking up to this view and the sound of birds and some cute cows and deers, it's was just truly amazing! Our youth group really enjoyed it. They got to experience God presence in a very special way🙌🏻🤍🏕 We definitely would love to come back🙏🏻

What an awesome spot. We had a great time relaxing and unplugging at this cabin. My kids enjoyed fishing and swimming since the lake was high. Made good use of the diving board! We will definitely be back. Kellie was a great host. Made sure we had all we needed and even brought a pole set up for catfish for our kids to try out. They landed a 15lb catfish on his rod. Great memories!

Weekend Trip to Little Off Lake House

We loved our time here! The property is beautiful and exactly as what is advertised. My 11yr old had a blast fishing, jumping on the trampoline and seeing the longhorns and donkeys. It was very relaxing for us adults. Kellie is very responsive and we had everything we needed plus some. We will definitely come back again.

Weekend Trip to Sandy Bottoms River Company

The SBRC crew were very generous to upgrade our stay to the RV so that we could sit right by the river, since the water conditions were too risky for tubing. They were there to greet us and get us situated and settled in when we arrived and went above and beyond accommodating my late booking. Cell reception is weak (its in the country) so messages sometimes take a few minutes to go thru. Everything was very well kept with all amenities provided for, and SBRC even went out of their way to set us up with a fishing pole and some firewood. The small local grocery up the road had everything that we needed saving us the trip into town. Sitting by the river enjoying the sunshine was paradise for us, and I really look forward to going back again soon.

This place is the BEST!! We needed a night away from Dallas, and this was perfect! Clean, great AC even though we woke up to 55 degrees outside and a little chilly! The shower is AWESOME!! Definitely coming back!!

Weekend Trip to Cross Timbers Glamping Company

We had a great time in the chuck wagon. Much more spacious than thought and fit myself, my husband, and our two dogs wonderfully. The bath house was also incredibly clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, it rained so we could use the fire pit but we had a great time and would most definitely stay again. We did have one Yellowjacket visitor but were able to get it back outside quickly.

We had an awesome time!!...it is so relaxing, quiet, comfy, and so so beautiful! And then there's outside!!..😍... plenty of peace and quiet!...the lake is so beautiful, especially at sunset!...u can see it all in one beautiful spot, they have wild turkeys, deer, cows and a very handsome longhorn!!..we will definitely be returning!!..The hosts were so welcoming and kind!...This was a much needed getaway for us and we enjoyed every second!!!

We stayed in the yurt. The view was amazing! It was very cold out but the yurt had a nice heater. Bed was comfortable and it came with wifi. Not very far from the parks and restaurants. Id definitely go back. Hearing the coyotes howling was also really good.

In total the property sits on 7.3 acres nestled in the heart of a small lakeside community. This campsite is the first in our campground, so guests will have private access to the entire ridgeline & hiking trails cut through the 7.3 acers into the creek bed below. There is plenty of space for additional tents if guests would like to bring additional campers. Just let us know and I will be happy to discuss all the options. SAFTEY NOTES: The terrain is rocky and can be quite steep in places with some drop offs. Not recommended for small children or pets that are not well trained. We also share the land with lots of wildlife! Please be aware at all times and keep an eye out for snakes & spiders! You may also hear wild boars in the creek bed at night. SITE AMENITES `This site includes a 10x14, Kodiak' canvas tent that will be completely set up with the essentials including Water & Electric, bed & linens & outdoor chairs. INSIDE ` Cozy up on a queen size mattress complete with all the necessary bedding (pillows, sheets &comforter).
