Matt B.’s Land Treehouse!!

This is our family farm, though you probably will not see us much.  The campsite is located on a corner of the property on Cummins Creek and once you get there you will feel secluded in nature.  Matt grew up here swimming, fishing and exploring in this creek...the creek has taught him more about life than anyone ever could.  I hope that you too can understand why we always walk alway feeling like this is a very special spot!  Enjoy pizza oven, grill, fire pit, picnic table, hot tub, swimming, fishing, exploring and knowing your party is the only people that you be on this site.

The boats are meant for one but there's just enough room for a friend (provided it's a dog).

Bring a fishing rod or two to enjoy the creek – while we didn't have any luck, we definitely saw fish rising.

The river goes for miles in either direction but water levels are greatly dependent on rainfall. Dry weather may mean less kayak-able water. 

The treehouse bed snuggly fits two people. BYOSB (bring your own sleeping bag!).

Life is Wonderful in New Ulm RV

Big rig friendly.  Drive-though, 5th-wheel full 50a hookup in the friendly agricultural town of New Ulm, Texas, a German settlement, whose town motto since 1849 "Leben in New Ulm ist Wunderbar" means "Life is wonderful in New Ulm".  50 amp hookup on a 20 by 50 space with view of manicured pasture, trees, sunset.  Dedicated city water, dedicated city sewage, garbage pickup, laundry available.  2-5 min walk to this tiny town with: convenience/hardware (incl. beer/ice/grocery/cigs), feed store, two restaurants, the post office, self storage, live music every other Friday in summer.  Horse farms and horse boarding near by.  Eight minute drive to rural grocery/gas/meat market and Dollar Store.  30 minute drive to several rural cities with golf and box store amenities.

The Magnolia

A peaceful campsite in the country. Our campsite is on a private 1 acre section near our residence. You can enjoy watching the wildlife or stargazing at night.  On site, you will have a cozy bed, hammock swings, outdoor shower, fire pit with grill, and an outhouse. Access to the nearby creek is just minutes away.

The Magnolia is a great place to escape from the city. Some of the wildlife you may see or hear are cows, squirrels, rabbits, owls, coyotes and our free range chickens.  We do ask that you give us a heads up if you plan to brings dogs so we can keep them in their coop for the day. 

Enjoy the stars from the hammock swings or lay a blanket out in the grass. We also allow tent camping for extra people beyond our 2 person limit for the building itself.
