Main House Layout: First Floor: There are two bedrooms with king-sized beds. One of these rooms also has a sofa bed. There's also a TV room with another sofa bed. Additionally, two folding beds are available on this floor.
Second Floor: There is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a pop-up trundle bed (equivalent to two full-size beds). In the living room, there's another sofa bed.
The house is set up to comfortably accommodate three couples, each with two children. There’s a gas barbecue grill and outdoor dining tables — perfect for a small family celebration or a quiet evening meal. Some of the most cherished moments at Infinity Paradise happen at night — sitting outside on the deck in the lakeside kiosk (kioske del lago), watching the stars light up the sky or enjoying the glow of a full moon reflected on the water. This is a great property with a lot of potential for adventure. You can burn almost everything around responsibly. There is a lot of firewood. Right now there are no bathrooms or facilities of any kind except for a small goat shed. there is a ton of scrap metal and random random things in a pile great for digging and scrapping in all free. Finders keepers.
There are some really old giant trees on the property. One is probably the largest tree I have ever seen in Collin County. There is a seasonal creek that runs through the back and sort of a swappy pond in the front.
The Prairie in the front is some sort of different grass than usual. It might be native buffalo grass or something else weird like that.
The property needs a lot of cleanup, so I would make a good to work campers or groups wanting a working party. The land could use some work, I could contribute a lot of free beer and food to people cleaning up the place before I build my house.

This is a great property with a lot of potential for adventure. You can burn almost everything around responsibly. There is a lot of firewood. Right now there are no bathrooms or facilities of any kind except for a small goat shed. there is a ton of scrap metal and random random things in a pile great for digging and scrapping in all free. Finders keepers.
There are some really old giant trees on the property. One is probably the largest tree I have ever seen in Collin County. There is a seasonal creek that runs through the back and sort of a swappy pond in the front.
The Prairie in the front is some sort of different grass than usual. It might be native buffalo grass or something else weird like that.
The property needs a lot of cleanup, so I would make a good to work campers or groups wanting a working party. The land could use some work, I could contribute a lot of free beer and food to people cleaning up the place before I build my house.

The boondocking sites are spaced far apart. There is a gate and Eddie keeps an eye on the property, so it feels very safe. It's only minutes to get to Mansfields downtown area. Rod was responsive with communication. I'm planning to stay here again.
FYI - they have sites with electricity and really good shade. I just chose to boondock.

Can’t say enough good things about this site and Jeffrey! If you’ve got kids and want them to experience camp life near DFW, this is the place. Fishing, outdoor games, goats, a greenhouse, and s’mores by the fire kept them busy the whole time. There’s WiFi and TV, but the kids didn’t care cause there was too much to do. If you have dogs it’s great to see them running and exploring too. Perfect mix of nature and comfort

I loved my stay on Jeffrey's property! The glamping tent really exceeded our expectations. Not only has Jeffrey thought about every possible amenity for a comfortable and fun stay, he offers wonderful experiences that are enjoyable for both kids and adults. The charcuterie board was beautiful and we loved the assortment of snacks, especially the cheeses. We loved the delicious fresh produce we picked from the greenhouse and made breakfast with it the following morning in the awesome outdoor kitchen. The property is truly beautiful and quiet and situated right next to a pond where we saw beavers, turtles, and birds throughout our stay. We loved being around the friendly goats on the property and recommend the goat milking experience for something different and unique. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset on the pond and a dark night sky to view some stars in the evening. There was so much room to spread out and so much to do, we wished we could've stayed another night. We hope we can return someday!

So amazing! The location, the tent, the comforts of camping. Everything was thought about at this site. There was a pond, an air conditioned tent, a fire pit, a boat, lots of wildlife and MORE! We had the opportunity to add on a s'mores package, a charcuterie board (hands down better than a restaurant board), goat petting, goat milking, feeding chickens, axe throwing, and picking produce from a fresh garden. Me and my girls had so much fun. I highly recommend visiting this location for fun, relaxation, friendly people and wonderful memories! Thank you!!

Prairie Creek Park
This urban park differs from most because it’s home to a waterfall. Here, you can walk, bike, and dip into the water. With no skyscrapers in sight and lush forests all around, you really will feel like you’ve escaped into nature. This is a great place to bring a picnic lunch, especially with kids, as there are plenty of picnic benches and tables to enjoy.
Lake Lavon
About 40 minutes from Richardson is Lake Lavon, a great place for swimming, boating, fishing, camping, and more. There are parks and campgrounds situated all around the lake, including Clear Lake Park, East Fork Park, Avalon Park, and Lavonia Park. Lake Lavon also has two boat rental locations, including Woody’s on the Lake and Collin Park Marina.
Lake Lewisville
At nearly 30,000 acres, this large reservoir is known for having warm waters and beautiful shores. Like many other lakes in Texas, this lake has options for camping, boating, fishing, swimming, and more. At the base of this lake stretches LLELA Nature Preserve, a green space featuring historic sites that can be viewed via a visitor center, walking trails, and kayaking.
When to go
The best time to visit Richardson, Texas is in the spring and fall. Specifically, September and November have the best temperatures without having the crowds of summer, so you can enjoy more access to camping sites, beaches, and other amenities.

- In Texas state parks, camping is only allowed at designated camping spots, and camping in public spaces is prohibited.
