Our experience at the place was spectacular. It should be noted that there "THERE ARE BATHROOMS", THERE ARE also SHOWERS. The attention was spectacular. The place is very clean. I just want to emphasize that the entrance is until 7pm. So if you plan to go camping you must arrive before 7pm. I recommend this place 100%

We enjoyed the very unique experience at Jannett and Davis's property! It was surreal to sleep in an actual bubble. They had all the amenaties you come to expect, and we were remarkably comfortable. The pool, farm animals and other activities were also great!
My only complaint is that the "approximate location" shown in the listing is almost a one-hour drive from the actual location, which you only find out after booking. This forced some changes to our schedule for the weekend and would have been nice to know up front. But we still would have stayed here, and I'm glad we did.

My dog and I enjoyed a quiet peaceful visit to Magnolia Gardens and were so relaxed walking along the San Jacinto River while the train made its way across the old trestle bridge at the far end of the park. Very nice place and the sunset over the river was icing on the cake! Thanks!

Incredible experience! You are not only booking a dome to stay in, but Davis is an attentive, full-service host. He helped move our luggage with his ATV, started the fire, adjusted the hot tub to the temperature we needed, brought out speakers, etc. The amenities are also amazing-- pool is incredibly clean, firepit is nice, outdoor kitchen with drinks and snacks, goats and animals around. Davis even let us have fresh eggs from his chickens for breakfast! He is such a thoughtful host and really goes the extra mile for his guests!

It was a little confusing as there was no designated Campspot. Just a lot of picnic tables. So we parked near one and set up camp with our RV for the night. We loved how private it was and quiet it was. Now that I understand how it works. I would definitely go back again.

It was the perfect camp set up. A hill overlooking the river and nobody crowding your site. The Managers were sincere and friendly. Maria brought fresh coffee at 7 am and hung out with us. Real good people. Loved everything about it! Definitely coming back!

Tjona and family went above and beyond making sure we felt welcome, from inviting us in for a home cooked meal, to helping us get our bus unstuck after a few days of rain. Can't wait to visit again to see all the renovations they have coming!

Weekend Trip to Wild Wood Haven
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this private campsite! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the owners truly care about providing an exceptional experience. The site was impeccably maintained, with clean facilities, well-marked trails, and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the beauty of nature.
What truly stood out was the tranquility—no noisy crowds, just the peaceful sounds of birdsong and rustling leaves. The privacy made it feel like our own little slice of paradise. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering helpful tips about the area while respecting our space.
The amenities were thoughtfully designed, from a cozy fire pit with plenty of wood to convenient access to clean water and even some charming touches like solar string lights. Whether you’re an experienced camper or just looking for a serene getaway, this site is perfect.
We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a unique, peaceful, and memorable camping experience, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Nice place along a beautiful the river. Not a lot of other folks here in December so you have your choice of camping spots. Bring bug repellant. Two things to note, the gates are closed from 7pm - 7am. I believe you can make arrangements for later arrival but I would do so well before arriving. Also, there are a few off leash dogs that seem to be full-timers. They keep to themselves for the most part but consider this if you have your own pets with you.
