This is a great property right on the Colorado River. We stayed at the RV site which was spacious, wooded with a steel fire pit. The host Bridget was there to meet all our needs and was very accommodating! And, for a primitive site, they have a great bathroom and shower with hot running water!

The property was phenomenal and Bridget was an amazing host. It was extremely clean, private, quiet, and great for our family. Iv been to a lot of campsites and this has to be one of our favorite tent camp locations. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Nice quiet place to spend the night. Close to The Twelve81 Venue. RV spot was easy to find. Only problem was tree branches hanging down where I wanted to park. The branches just need to be trimmed up. Good value for the price. Definitely recommend for a short stay.

We fully enjoyed staying at Bridgette’s place. We were a small group at site 3 with 2 tents, a truck tent and small travel trailer. We had plenty of space. There was another group at site 2. We could hardly hear each other (but did play some songs together). It was nice to have the bathroom close. It even had hot water. We look forward to staying there again.

Lovely, peaceful campsite near the Colorado River, with plenty of room to spread out. We got lucky—we were the only ones camping so had the place to ourselves all weekend. Bridget was a fantastic and welcoming host, immediately responding to all of our questions and requests. Electric hookup at site and communal bathhouse and dish washing area were great amenities. We loved our time here and will definitely return!

One of the best out there. Bridget was fast to respond and really cares about the guest experience. She went above and beyond a few times unprompted. The sites were great and spaced well apart. Easy drive from Austin. Kayaks available for rent and we took them out to go fishing. Beautiful land that is well taken care of. Plenty of details that show that the property owners care - from the fire pits to the showers to the layout of the sites - all very well thought out. Our family had a wonderful time.
One note - you can hear the train horns at night, which kept us up the first night. They didn’t seem to bother us as much the second night. Bring earbuds if you’re sensitive to that.

Stayed with my boys, 7 and 9 right at the end of 2024. Everything was as advertised. The bathhouse was clean, and everything worked. Campsite is picturesque sitting on the banks of the river. We had the whole campground to ourselves and the solitude was magnificent. We had deer come right up within 20-30 feet of us. Really enjoyed fishing as well, I brought my own large kayak but we also used one of those available at the campsite. We only fished for about 2.5 hours and I caught 8 bass! Would have gotten an earlier start if I knew the fishing was so good. It’s not easy fishing with the current and wind, but if you know what you’re doing there are a lot of fish out there. Highly recommend, will hopefully get to come back one day.
