We are located on Lake Grapevine in Southlake Texas. 

We are 10 minutes away from Historic Downtown Grapevine, wineries & shopping but we are tucked away in a very private and quiet location. 

Our yurt is on the same property our event venue Paradise Cove at Lake Grapevine is on. We have been in business 21 years.

Trickle Creek Ranch

Trickle Creek Ranch was once a dairy, we purchased it 15 years ago and it has become a hobby ranch. We are also collector's of vintage RV's and currently have a 1952 Spartanette and 1968 Chinook on the property. There are miniature horses and longhorn cattle that roam the 12 acres. We have added RV spaces to share the ranch experience with others.

Gypsy Moon Hideaway

Located at the end of the road. There is over 20 acres. Some cleared and some still in original woods. Trees, grass and deer everywhere. There is over a quarter mile of Brazos riverfront property although you cannot get to the river on all of it due to it being in its natural state. There is a beach at the main camp that provides easy in and out of the water. the water depth varies with the rainfall but is usually between 2-4 feet deep.

The RV site is level land it was so nice to have a covered picnic pavilion to set up in

Texas Lazy J Ranch

Our property is in the path of the vast area of the Chisholm Trail and in the Oliver Creek area where many  fossils have been found! We have found some rare fossils in size right here on our property and continue to look for more. Jesse James and his brother have a historical marker not far from our place where they had a campground. The bank where Bonnie and Clyde attempted to rob is located here in Ponder.Learn more about this land:We have a private cabin on the back of a 10 acre ranch with Fainting goats, chickens and horses to enjoy with great views across the prairie. Fossils from the past and antiques decorate our cabin so come and relax under the stars yet 20 minutes away from outlet mall by the Texas Motor Speedway, 20 minutes to historic Denton Square, and multiple eating and shopping options.

Fuller's Folly River Ranch

Sundancer On The Brazos sits on Comanche Creek in an isolated forest

on a 350 acre working cattle ranch with a quarter mile of river frontage!

The Comanche were quite active up and down this part of the Brazos when the earliest settlers arrived around 1850, until the Comanches' eventual conquest by the Texas Rangers and their Colt pistols around 1870; we have found lots of flint and some arrowheads on high places here. Going further back in history, the Fuller's Folly River Ranch has an abundance of petrified wood, they say that if you have fossilized sea shells you were under water, but if you have petrified wood you had land creatures. Hunting for petrified wood is a fun adventure here. (But leave them for the next person to discover!)

Weatherford is only 10 minutes away and

Granbury is only 20 minutes away; both have great restaurants. And this close to Fort Worth (30min), you could actually commute and have a ranch to come home to at night--note the lower pricing mid week.

SG's Mini ranch

2 minutes or so away from the Brazos river and cattle pastures! Great scenic route to cruise on the way to property. Located in oak trail shores community in Granbury this small lot is a perfect getaway with low phone service to get away from the fast pace city.Learn more about this land:Little 5000sqft lot secluded with trees around property on oaktrail shores community in Granbury Tx. 2 min drive or less to nearest boat ramp and dock. No utilities on property . Great place to stay if your visiting granbury and want to go fishing, or enjoy the Brazos river.
