There is a wood burning stove inside. The bathroom is outside on the left side of the cabin with toilet sink and shower. There are two kayaks and a paddle board for you to use. Beware of beaver holes when walking outside of the cabin and please don’t cross the pond, it’s my neighbors property.

EXPLORING LAKE TEXOMA
At Lake Texoma, on the Oklahoma-Texas border, you'll find plenty of activities to enjoy, especially watersports. The lake has plenty of shoreline, where you can swim. And fishing at the lake is excellent. Expect to find largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, catfish, and bluegills. If you're interested in paddling on the lake, keep in mind that we offer kayak and paddleboard rentals.

We loved our stay, it was so fun! Well stocked cabin, we loved staying warm with the wood stove. We’re so glad there was plenty of fire wood ready for us to use. Our dogs loved running around the cabin. We caught bass and blue gill in the pond. I think as long as you’re prepared for an off grid stay, you’ll have a great time!

This spot is such a gem. We loved meeting the goats and chickens and seeing how lovingly curated they have made this space. Jeffrey was so kind and a wealth of knowledge about farming and gardening. Our dog had a ball playing frisbee with enough space to really run, and the RV was so spacious! Beautiful night of bon firing under the stars. We will definitely be back <3

It’s our first time to go camping w my son and discovered this serene and lovely cabin. Just fire up the generator and everything will light up for you and water overflows! I love the bed and the blankets, the books (esp ‘The Living on the Rugged edge’ by Charles Swindoll); small items like the mobile phone reset pin is there! Twas a really good rest w nature plus fishing time too. This is my dream cabin in the future. Well, overall we would like to recommend this for a good bonding time w your son. In fact, we are extending our stay for few more days. Thanks Sir Serapio, our host, for the kind help and excellent communication skills. He is always available everytime I have a question. Thanks again!

We had a fabulous time at the cabin! It was a beautiful lake and a very comfortable sleeping arrangement as well as plenty of firewood. I wish the grill would have worked or had propane in it but other than that everything was dandy! Thank you Serapio!!

This place is absolutely beautiful!! A hidden gem that’s snuggled between tall trees and beautiful views of the lake. Being able to wake up to the sounds of water and a view of the lake, was always something I thought was only in movies. To have it a reality, was amazing and memorable. We traveled 6 hours to try this slice of heaven, and we would 100000% return. We stayed on a primitive camp site that was far from other guest, making the experience feel secluded and peaceful. Sure you get your occasional “frat boy style” parties passing by on boats late at night, blasting music, but they pass rather quickly, so it isnt enough to disrupt your stay. There are also fishermen that roll in late at night, but they stay clear of you and everything remains blissful. I can honestly say that staying here provided one of the most restful weekends ever!!! 10 out of 10 do recommend!!

We had an amazing time! The pond and surrounding area were beautiful. We had a couple campfires and a lot of fun kayaking. The generator did give us issues a couple times but the host was very responsive and helpful. We will be back for sure :)

Can’t say enough good things about this site and Jeffrey! If you’ve got kids and want them to experience camp life near DFW, this is the place. Fishing, outdoor games, goats, a greenhouse, and s’mores by the fire kept them busy the whole time. There’s WiFi and TV, but the kids didn’t care cause there was too much to do. If you have dogs it’s great to see them running and exploring too. Perfect mix of nature and comfort

I loved my stay on Jeffrey's property! The glamping tent really exceeded our expectations. Not only has Jeffrey thought about every possible amenity for a comfortable and fun stay, he offers wonderful experiences that are enjoyable for both kids and adults. The charcuterie board was beautiful and we loved the assortment of snacks, especially the cheeses. We loved the delicious fresh produce we picked from the greenhouse and made breakfast with it the following morning in the awesome outdoor kitchen. The property is truly beautiful and quiet and situated right next to a pond where we saw beavers, turtles, and birds throughout our stay. We loved being around the friendly goats on the property and recommend the goat milking experience for something different and unique. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset on the pond and a dark night sky to view some stars in the evening. There was so much room to spread out and so much to do, we wished we could've stayed another night. We hope we can return someday!
