The property is absolutely stunning—beautiful views, peaceful surroundings, and a perfect escape into nature. Every corner felt like a hidden gem, from the scenic trails to the serene spots ideal for relaxing and taking it all in. What made the experience even better were the hosts. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. You can really tell they care about their land and the people who visit it. I can’t wait to come back!

Kelly’s land was absolutely wonderful for a weekend of tent camping. The Sterling pond campsite was so spacious and serene. The fields of flowers were beautiful to walk around in and the forest hikes were so peaceful. We definitely felt like we were alone in the wilderness and it was so perfect. I would highly recommend!

Host is very friendly and responsive but not intrusive, they go above and beyond to ensure enjoyment of your stay with them. Lots of space and very friendly pup neighbors to wear your (friendly) pups out! Stay with them if needing a place to stay in Tyler, you won’t be disappointed!

My family and I would absolutely recommend this place! The host was over-the-top accommodating and offered tons of activities for the kids. The campsites were well laid out with lots of trees, there was so much space for the kids to safely explore and for the dogs to roam. We did pay for the electricity option, and the ropes course for the kids. The outhouse was very clean.

Beautiful nature and native wildlife. Tom gave us a tour of his animals, explain what they do, and let us hold a baby lamb! Definitely one of favorite camping trips ever and can't wait to come back.

The day before we left, my girlfriend and I wanted to extend the stay by a day, but the app wasn’t working with us. Anthony (who had just restocked the firewood while we were gone. We didn’t need to ask, we just came back from a drive and it was restocked) came down to meet us. I sent him the money for the extra night on Zelle and we called it even. Nice people, nice campsite, will likely be back

I've been to Caddo several times and always had a great time. Todd is a fantastic host and works hard to make the sites comfortable. Site 6 is right next to the pond which provides a great morning coffee setting. The farm also offers good for sale so don't forget to ask for the menu. I personally recommend the pickles, pear butter and any preserves they have. Eggs are a nice size and very fresh. Caddo is an easy drive from DFW yet far enough to feel like a road trip. Didn't skip this listing.

I had a great time camping and fishing with my friends in Christopher’s property. The land itself was very peaceful and stunning. Christopher was a very accommodating host and always ensured that we were not short on any supplies, he even brought us eggs from his farm to cook for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this site for anyone trying to unwind and truly enjoy a peaceful time in nature.

We love hosting campers and work toward making sure folks feel welcome and comfortable. We were living in the north Dallas area but always had a desire to buy some land and have a little more 'elbow room'. We were avid RVers for many years, but when that chapter closed, we missed 'glamping'. When we found our property, we knew we wanted to share this beauty, nature, and space with others as a campground. Heavenly Haven & Hideaways has been a God-inspired project, born out of our love for people, adventure, and the outdoors. Our beautiful property has RV and tent camping and we also have 2 cabins for short and mid-term rental. We're within a few miles of Tyler State Park which is great for bike riding & swimming in their lake. You can also rent paddle boats there. We're within a few miles of the Tyler Zoo -which is a surprisingly excellent zoo. There are several museums, shopping areas, and great food establishments in and around Tyler. Nearby Lindale also has the Pink Pistol, a Miranda Lambert store, and other neat places. We partner with Camp Right USA for a new level of tent camping.
