Secluded Ranch 12 miles from town on County Rd 108. Open pastures and live oak trees with a pond. Quiet and relaxing Hill country atmosphere. 50 open sites. Fish in the pond, relax and enjoy watching the wild and none wild critters. Nearby there are several Lakes, caves, wineries, breweries, small-town shopping, and a quaint country atmosphere. I have 3 horses and a miniture donkey. Most of my guest love sharing the spaces with the horses as they love guest and will show up to welcome you and enjoy hugs and petting. There are also wildlife, lots of Deer, Blackbucks, Jackrabbits, wild turkeys, Foxes, and other critters hang out on the property and drink from the pond. The nighttime welcomes a million stars. If there is no burn ban and you have a pit, just enjoy a fire on the ground with a cool drink, This is also a good time to enjoy an outside shower under the night sky.

The beautifully constructed rustic Community building has a large porch and AC along with kitchen facilities is available for guest use. It also boasts 2 large walk in showers, a laundry room with washer and dryer and spacious men's and women's bathrooms. Primitive camping spots are located in an area a short distance from the RV sites and Community building. Two side by side group sites with space for 2 and 3 separate tents are available for rent, along with one other individual tent site 100 yds away. Each boast Pea gravel sites to pitch the tent on and all sites have a picnic table, outdoor grill and fire pit for use. Bathrooms and showers are available a short distance away.
