This RV space is located in Leander, TX and includes water, electricity, septic (full hook ups) and even space to have your own garden (if you wish). This neighborhood is very peaceful but also just 10 mins from the local HEB grocery store, Starbucks, fast food, local cafe's and amenities. 30 minutes drive from Austin Texas and the downtown day/night life. People who live here, don't usually leave or move because they love it so much. It's a niche neighborhood full of friendly folks. This area also welcomes golf carts or ATV's to get around. This RV space is outside of city limits and we don't have city regulations which makes for a very relaxing environment. The RV space is big enough to park up a 30-50 feet camper comfortably. Must be a long term tenant (6+months) to enjoy lake access. The peaceful neighborhood and lake fun make this space a one of a kind. The home on the property is completely secluded and fenced off (photos don't reflect new fencing installed). If the outdoor temp reaches 100 during the peak of the day, it might be 85 in your tent. At night a d in the morning, when the outside air temp cools to the low 70s, your tent can be very cool. What’s the difference between our 4 tents? At Talula Mesa we offer 4 glamping tents, each 100 to 300 ft apart for privacy, all with great views of the hill country. Three tents are large (Grand), and one is small (Mini). The 3 Grand tents are nearly identical, with slightly varying decor. The main difference is in the tents’ locations on our property and corresponding view. - The Grand Aztec: Provides the most open view of the lake and hill country. Located central on the property near the main fire pit and common areas. - The Grand Arrow: Also has a lake view, but with more trees, less open than the Grand Aztec. Located closer to the entrance of our property, farther from the common areas. Adirondack chairs and a hammock area is just out back (lakeside). - The Grand Tesoro: Private hill country view across the properties ravine. Located closest to the bathhouse, very central on our property. Also near the common areas. A private chiminea fire area under a grove of trees is nearby. The price for Grand tents is based on double or triple occupancy. A fourth guest is welcome for an additional fee ($50/nt), which you’ll see at booking. The Mini Aztec: Located between the Grand Aztec and Grand Arrow tents, with a private view of the lake and hills, and a private chiminea area. For younger children (age 8+) who want to sleep in the mini tent, we recommend the Grand Arrow for the parents because the mini is within view of the Grand Arrow porch. The Grand Tents have a maximum occupancy of 3 guests. We may allow for a fourth guest upon request for an additional fee ($50/nt). Guest access You'll have access to the entire 15 acres, including some walking/hiking trails. You cannot enter other guests' tents (without invitation, of course).

The main difference is in the tents’ locations on our property and corresponding view. - The Grand Aztec: Provides the most open view of the lake and hill country. Located central on the property near the main fire pit and common areas. - The Grand Arrow: Also has a lake view, but with more trees, less open than the Grand Aztec. Located closer to the entrance of our property, farther from the common areas. Adirondack chairs and a hammock area is just out back (lakeside). - The Grand Tesoro: Private hill country view across the properties ravine. Located closest to the bathhouse, very central on our property. Also near the common areas. A private chiminea fire area under a grove of trees is nearby. The price for Grand tents is based on double or triple occupancy. A fourth guest is welcome for an additional fee ($50/nt), which you’ll see at booking. The Mini Aztec: Located between the Grand Aztec and Grand Arrow tents, with a private view of the lake and hills, and a private chiminea area. For younger children (age 8+) who want to sleep in the mini tent, we recommend the Grand Arrow for the parents because the mini is within view of the Grand Arrow porch. Talula Mesa was charming and a beautiful place to escape and enjoy nature. Our beautiful a-frame cabin was well appointed with amenities described but the pictures cannot do just to the detail of the space and the sun rise and sun set views. We are considering it for a friends weekend to be able to relax, cook together and enjoy peace in the hill country.

The Baithouse was so adorable, perfect for me and my husband. The camp hosts were amazing, especially due to all the major flooding happening around us, kept us updated to current conditions, etc We had an amazing experience even though we didn’t get to explore much due to the weather. We loved our trip to Fishers of Men! Kaz and Bill were so welcoming and helpful. The site we got for our 22 ft RV was a great size and had full hook ups. Close to Marble Falls so if you forget something, which I always do, you can easily go pick it up in town. Would recommend this ranch for camping.

The owners of this place were amazing! Very kind and sweet. The whole process was smooth, and not to mention Kaz’s famous cookies. We absolutely loved them! They went above and beyond to make sure we needed nothing! The place was amazing! Our spot was very secluded and didnt see another camper while we were there. Their whole property was gorgeous. Will definitely be going back. 5 out of 5 stars! Absolutely recommend it

Very nice park. Site 29 had a water view of the lake. Beautiful grotto-like pool area with hot tub. Excellent infrastructure, appropriate RV voltage at post, good water pressure, good WiFi. Lounge area next to office with TV, games, coffee service, and microwave. Office staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. They also have a rally hall with kitchen available for RV rallies. Cabin rentals also available. Boat ramp and kayak rentals are also available. Located literally next to Buchanan Dam on the north end. This was formerly Big Chief RV Park for years, now under new ownership. Highly recommended.

I LOVED the Bait House! It was just the right size for a getaway with myself and my dog. I think 2 adults max would be comfortable here. It had everything I needed and more. The outdoor shower was a delightful experience. The only downside for me was they have chickens and roosters on the property and I was awoken by the cock-a-doodle-do before dawn every morning. The house was is located near a few parks so we were able to enjoy hiking within 10 minutes from the property. Downtown Marble Falls is also about 10 min away if you want local dining experiences, which I did grab takeout from 2 different restaurants while I was there. Overall it was a nice little getaway and great location!
