This is our family farm, though you probably will not see us much. The campsite is located on a corner of the property on Cummins Creek and once you get there you will feel secluded in nature. Matt grew up here swimming, fishing and exploring in this creek...the creek has taught him more about life than anyone ever could. My wife and I had an amazing time at The Magnolia. Jennifer and her husband were super friendly and treated us with kindness. They greeted us and gave us a short intro.
The set up in the tent house was full of thought and essentials. Flashlights, towels, matches, and first aid kit. They also had some outdoor games. Along with coffee cups and a French press! ☕️
We also bought some eggs and they were DELICIOUS! The eggs are a must! It completes the experience. 🍳
Our dog had an amazing time outdoors and really enjoyed his time out there! 🐾
I would recommend if it’s your first time glamming!

My friends and I had a great time camping on Matt’s land. The pizza oven was a highlight and definitely a must when staying here. We also really enjoyed using the kayaks—they were a great way to spend time on the river. The water level was a bit low, but it was still doable. Overall, a fun and memorable place to camp.

At first we were worried we weren't going to have enough room, but we worked it all out and Man... This place is awesome. The swing under the tree house was so peaceful. You are completely secluded. NOBODY around. The pizza oven was a huge success with the kids. All around it was a very private place to just relax and forget about the week you had.

Finding the Magnolia is a little tricky with Google maps (it just pinned it as part of a school district!) but the bumpy drive is worth it. The camping area is tucked around behind the barn, so you don't even notice the family home. The tent is super cute, the hammock chairs comfy, and the star-viewing? Superb. It won't be for everyone, but Jennifer gives all the details in the listing, so it shouldn't be a surprise that the bathroom facilities are rustic. Overall, a lovely experience.
p.s. we got to cuddle with absolutely adorable outdoor cats during our stay, which was 10/10 for all participants!

What a beautiful park like setting! Plenty of space for our Motorhome and toad. Wonderful animals and small petting zoo. Owners are very friendly and hospitable. We really enjoyed our stay and it was far above our expectations.

Amazing experience at this campsite! Camping area is beautiful , and the owners are nice as can be and attentive just in case we needed anything. The animals paid us a visit making the experience even more worth it. 10/10 would recommend and most definitely will be back. Access to bathrooms are an added comfort and I caught a HUGE bass out of the pond before setting em free. Very appreciative of a memory I won’t soon forget.

This was a great experience, a getaway from the hustle and bustle enjoying the quietness. We had a great stay! The owners were very friendly and helpful. The kids loved meeting all of the cute farm critters. We set up our tent facing one of the ponds and watched the sun rise from our tent. We loved that there was an air-conditioned bathroom with running water not far from the campground and a playground for the kids. The donkey family visited us during the night, and we fell in love with the baby donkey who was jumping around having the time of its life. Looking forward to our next stay!
