This is choose-your-own-adventure camping. The terrain is rugged, and the dust and wind blow some nights. Once you're here, there are zero amenities (other than picnic tables).

If this sounds fine — you don't mind roughing it — you'll be sleeping under the stars at the foot of West Texas' tallest mountain range. And who else can say they've done that?

Learn more about this land:There’s some wildlife. Mostly small animals like rabbits, prairie dogs, turtles, lizards, field mice and kangaroo mice. Bigger animals such as deer antelope and the occasional cow are out here. Dangerous animals are rattlesnakes, coyotes and cougars. Be prepared.

Nearest city is about 40 miles East called Dell City. You can get water there every Tuesday and Thursday beginning at 8am. Power and sewage you’ll have to take care of yourself.

Also the rabbits tend to play at night. During the daytime there could be a corn hole game competion. May get a chance to view mama and papa road runner.

Bring your telescope and look at the stars... this is the future home of my family we will be living there off grid Homestead with four kids and one adult and will be a small dairy farm eventually right now it is just a fenced-in 100 acres
