This Cozy little cabin is just 15 miles west of Graham TX. The cabin is fully furnished and sleeps 4, queen bed in the loft and twin/full bunk beds, we offer free bottled water and coffee, free WiFi, satellite TV with all your favorite channels, side by side refrigerator, microwave oven, and complete stove, pots and pans and dishes.
The space
Nice peaceful place to get away to clear your thoughts and just relax with a beautiful view along with opportunities to see various wildlife-deer, hogs, and coyotes to name a few. Watch the beautiful sunsets off the front porch while rocking in a rocking chair. We also have available a fire pit to sit by the fire under the stars. (we have firewood bundles available for purchase) (Unless there is a burn ban then it wonât be allowed) If you want to cook outside on the grill we have a (charcoal) BBQ grill (but you must bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid) and a picnic table for use as well. There are pots, pans, cookie sheets, pizza pans, a crock pot, a cutting board, towels, hand towels, washcloths, dish towels and dishcloths, dishwashing soap, body soap, shampoo, pillows, bed sheets, blankets, pillows, silverware and cooking utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, iron and ironing board all available for use. Free coffee, bottled water, and a fresh bag of ice are available with stay. Also, covered parking is available. Dogs are welcome (we prefer no more than 2) but, if you need to leave them at the cabin, they must be put in their kennel while you are away and not leaving dogs by themselves for long periods of time (like all day). No Hunting Allowed.

We are 15 miles from downtown Graham- items located in town are Walmart Supercenter, a grocery store, a movie theater, a young county arena with events throughout the year, Lake Graham for fishing and boating, and 10-15 different restaurants. 30 minutes from Breckenridge, TX, approx. 50 minutes from Possum Kingdom Lake.
