You can even set up a tent in the yard — best of both worlds! We sit on 3.5 acres with trails to explore. The property is fenced in, so you won’t accidentally wander off. When we moved here three years ago, the trails were very rough; we’ve been slowly improving them. They’re by no means spectacular, but they’re fun — especially for kids looking for rabbits, roadrunners, toads, deer, and who knows what else. There are no creeks, ponds, or other water features, just good old dirt!

Weekend Trip to Alexander Creek RV and Campground

I have nothing but positive things to say about Wendy and Kevin. They are super nice people and came by as I was getting checked in to make sure I got settled. When I accidentally left something at my site, Wendy reached out to me and we were able to get my items back to me. I am looking forward to my next trip to the area and will definitely be staying there again. The facilities clean and well kept. The grounds were beautiful. I arrived in the dark and it was nice to make up to the rolling, tree-covered hills.

The site was in a great location! Very convenient to hwy 36 and the amenities in Hamilton. The campsite was peaceful and well maintained. Lots of room, great hook ups and WiFi. Bathrooms, showers and common areas were clean and spacious! There’s a full kitchen-even a keurig and pods-along with ac, which was great! Free laundry facilities was also a great perk! Wendy was very friendly and easy to communicate with too, We’ll definitely visit again if we’re in the area!

2 nights at Liberty Hill Hideaway Lake Retreat

This has truly been our favorite campground in this area of Texas! Barry is amazingly kind and attentive, always going above and beyond to keep the place spotless and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere feels so peaceful and safe — the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. We got to hear Barry's stories, and he even sang for us, which made the experience unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!
