This Campground is fantastic. The tent area was away from the Camper area which provided a quiet, peaceful experience! The bathroom/shower house was very clean and accessible. The front desk employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The delivery of wood and ice is a bonus for everyone! Highly recommend!

Very pretty and very quiet place to rest and recoup. Love seeing the cows up, close lots of turkeys and listening to the tree frogs at night. I would highly recommend anyone coming up to stop and camp there. We’re driving a class a 40 foot motorhome although it’s tight getting in we did it with no problem.

We had a great stay! The staff and owners were friendly and hospitable, the site was spacious and clean, the whole campground was whisper quiet after dark, the bathrooms were clean, the kids loved gathering the pine cones, and the dish washing area was a very pleasant bonus. We would definitely stay again!

Big Pine Campground is phenomenal! Super friendly and helpful staff, amazing tent sites that feel like you are truly in a pine forest…with the conveniences of hot showers and toilets near by, a win-win! My husband and I enjoyed our time here, the town of Custer is just a mile down the road with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions nearby. Would highly recommend this property!

The tent sites we secluded and right by a valley, we saw deer right by our tent and loved listening to the wind in the trees! Great service and the shower house and bathroom was really clean and lots of hot water!

The camping has an amazing location, very close to Custer. The tent sites are well distanced and close to the restrooms. Jennifer is an amazing host, she help me planning my day in Custer state park with valuable suggestions! The camping has also a food truck if you are not in the mood for cooking. Highly recommend to stay here!

Camping here was amazing! Lots of sites nearby with other friendly campers. Bathrooms were clean with hot water. We had our own little corner and the hosts were super nice and helpful with directions! Perfect stay for a night in Custer.

Me and my boyfriend camped here for 4 nights and it was absolutely perfect! The location was perfect with it being close to Custer state park, wind cave, and Mount Rushmore and the land was beautiful. The free showers were so nice and it was great not having to worry about that lol. Everybody was so nice at check in and made sure that we had everything that we needed. We would 100% camp here again!
