We hunted, fished, made mud pies and played outside for hours, as long as we were in shouting distance for supper time! They built a 3 story, 10,000 square foot house by themselves- while raising a family! Wild turkey and deer roam free all over the farm, coveys of dove fly out from the pastures and trails, and coyotes howl in the night. Take a nature hike through the trails that meander through the woods around the park. Our newest venture is to offer primitive camping and some cabin rentals around our 60 acre Agripark! For those wanting to step it up a notch, we have erected a large concrete floor, covered event barn (for parties, family reunions, weddings, cowboy church, etc..,) and also a huge petting zoo barn with an area behind it for pony rides and 4-h/FFA functions. Also, a greenhouse is being erected next, that will teach people about aquaponics and hydroponics! Many things are on the immediate horizon for this special property. This was exactly what we were looking for when searching for our daughter’s first camping trip. The owners were so nice and hospitable and the property grounds are just beautiful. The trails throughout the woods light up at night which made my daughter smile for hours on end. She especially loved the rope swing and visiting the horses!. Don’t skip this spot in your search. You’ll regret it.

Weekend Trip to Lucky Farms Under the Stars

Not too far from other stuff but far enough out you feel peace and quiet! Perfect for kids/dogs! Our nieces and nephew LOVED the walking trail and it’s close/small enough they can adventure in their own while adults relax! Halloween decor was extra cute! Hosts were very welcoming!

My tent camping trip got rained out, so I was very thankful to book Katie’s cabin. It was peaceful and lovely (and dry!!) with all I needed for my stay there. Even with the nonstop rain, it was enjoyable! Would definitely book again.

Lucky Under The Stars is the best! Taylor is a great host! I love that I can let my boy Mickey out to run! Easy access to the interstate, I always feel safe staying there! Thanks

Great spot and super convenient to I-85. The spot is a great size, private, and bucolic. David is great at communication. Definitely recommend!!

We loved hammock camping here! There were enough space for us to comfortably fit two hammocks and a tent. The fire pit was elevated which was really convenient for cooking. There were also pretty walking trails that were decorated for Halloween (we went in October). Would definitely come again!

Site # 1 located to your left. As you can see, there is plenty of room for a large group on campsite #1

7 nights at Cedar Grove Farm RV Site

The site was amazing and the only one allowing for great privacy. The site also has full hook ups, great water pressure and the star gazing was wonderful. Starlink had plenty of open sky to connect us to work with a 99.8% connection. We will absolutely be coming back while visiting family in the area. Thank you Chad and Julie for the amazing stay. We look forward to the next visit! 😊

3 nights at Rosewood Farm and Agripark

Second time visiting with my Dalmation. Katie and hubby super hosts. Cabin is very well done for a small space. The live edge cabinetry is superb. BRIAN (DALMATION) LOVES BEING OFF LEASH! If you need your modern accouterments, we'll, there is none. Truly a place of tranquility. Horses at a section of pasture are cute "bring carrots " will be back when it is time to unwind again!
