3 Creeks Camp and Nature Preserve

14 sites · Lodging, RVs, Tents10 acres · Anderson, SC
This Property was purchased by Grandfather in the 70s  and then was passed to my Mother. In 2013 I decided to live life differently and start from the ground up building with natural materials and found materials. At that time I was fortunate enough to have the land passed to me and I started building a home for myself and to be close to my mothers home nearby. After achieving the basics I decided that the best use of this beautiful land was to create a place for people to relax and enjoy, a park like environment dedicated to preserving natural beauty and amplifying it through a permaculture lifestyle. 8 years later I am blown away at how far the dream has become a reality and love sharing my space with people from all over the country.

Pucker Up Berry Farm

4 sites · Lodging, RVs, Tents12 acres · Brevard, NC
Pucker Up Berry Farm is located at the bottom of Becky Mountain within minutes to Dupont State Forest, Pisgah National Forest, and downtown Brevard. This property was uninhabited for over 75 years until recently purchased in September 2017. Since taking ownership, we have established a small farm and berry orchard to supply customers with high antioxidant fruits, vegetables, and berries. Hipcampers will enjoy the morning and evening chatter of birds, gorgeous mountain sunsets, and easy access to local forests, trails, and restaurants. Learn more about this land: Campers can expect a mountainside view, landscaped gardens, a berry orchard, farm art, and a gallery of bird sounds and sightings throughout your stay. Enjoy beautiful sunset views from above the orchard. The space feels friendly and welcoming! Your campsite includes numerous tent spots, a large fire pit, four wooden adirondack chairs, four plastic adirondack chairs, a 16x16 covered kitchen space with electricity, a mini fridge, cooking supplies, a picnic table, an outhouse, an outdoor shower, and a large space for outdoor games. A chicken pen and a few trees line the upper part of the site. The flower and vegetable gardens are above the campsite, and the 150' x 200' orchard extends up into the woods/mountainside. Guests are encouraged explore the orchard, gardens, and orchard perimeter throughout their stay. It is important for our guests to get an experience. We encourage you to pick a flower and put it in your hair. Or, maybe you want to cut a whole vase full of bright showy flowers and learn the components of a complete arrangement ($25/ in season guided tour). You should definitely harvest a head (or two!) of lettuce for a large salad at the picnic table. Ever caught a chicken? We want you to ask for the experience you desire. When you get here and see what berries or vegetables are in season, we will help you create a Pucker Up Berry Farm tent camping experience. The surrounding woods/mountainside are open for exploration or hiking. Cell phone service/reception are very good. Additional firewood is available for $7/bundle. Kombucha ($6/bottle) and farm fresh eggs ($6/dozen) are available upon request. Seasonal produce prices and availability will vary.

Bearwallow Moon, You'll ❤️ The Views

3 sites · Lodging, RVs2 acres · Fletcher, NC
We fell in love with this old farmland (four generations) while watching the moon rise over BearWallow Mountain. The property sits high on the land and faces southwest with views of Bearwallow and Little Pisgah mountains. The views are the reason to camp here. Close to all that Asheville offers but far from the noise and crowds! Please note that we are developing native habitat. Our meadow has paths mowed throughout for you to walk and enjoy the native plants, bluebirds and pollinator gardens.

Green Willow Farm

5 sites · Lodging, RVs, Tents4 acres · Rutherfordton, NC
I moved here from Colorado just to live on a farm. My neighbor's family has owned much of the land around here since the Revolutionary War. My home is the site of their original homestead. They grow watermelons on their acreage surrounding my farm, while I am growing blueberries. The peace and serenity here is something to be experienced!
