Kids can enjoy swings and slides. We used it for a small gathering where about a dozen guests gathered during the day and six spent the night. Could not have been happier with property or hosts. Fireworks are legal and permitted within reasonable hours. Horses are welcome.

The main house on the property is within 200 feet, where I share the space with Airbnb guests. There is a close neighbor family to the left, about 250 feet away. Because my property is in a residential neighborhood, respect for neighbors and other guests is greatly appreciated. Outside, you’ll feel an instant sense of peace and tranquility surrounded by horses, happy, free ranging chickens, abundant woods, gardens, ponds with some new baby geese chicks soon, open lawns and a fire pit for your restful getaway. I have a pup who monitors the outdoors... and to keep it uncomplicated, i cannot accept other pets. Asheville is about a 12 minute drive: Known as the craft beer capital in the US, there is no shortage of breweries. You don't have to go very far to find a plethora of trails in this town, including the mountain to sea trail which is easily accessible from this neighborhood. Located on family land granted by King Charles in 1685 we have worked hard to restore and refurbish in a sustainable way, using the trees and supplies from the land that they sit on. You can visit some of the original still sites on the mountain, of course they are not operational today. About the adventure co side, We are an adrenaline pumping ATV and SXS park with 25+ miles of mountainous trails at four skill levels; Green (Easy), Blue (Challenging), Black Diamond (Very Difficult) and Double Black Diamond (Most Difficult). You can bring your own ATV or SXS or rent one of ours. We have cabins & camp sites that are accessed by ATV or SXS on the mountains as well as hiking or biking. We do not allow jeeps, trucks or dirt bike motorcycles on the mountain, just ATV's and SXS vehicles.

Welcome to my peaceful homestead in the valley of the Blue Ridge Mountains. This rustic studio space I affectionately call Chicken Church, has been a labor of love, using all the materials I have collected from my many construction projects over the years... and many states. My friends all know who to pass the junk along to. The space is heated with a wood stove and has an antique 1922 wood cook stove--do you know how to cook on one? The kitchen is set up with a sink, water kettle and cooking amenities, including an electric stove. Bathroom amenities: cold water sink and toilet. No shower inside, but there is an outdoor shower, propane heated. (NOTE: Heater gets removed at first 32° and won't be available in November.) The main house on the property is within 200 feet, where I share the space with Airbnb guests. There is a close neighbor family to the left, about 250 feet away. Because my property is in a residential neighborhood, respect for neighbors and other guests is greatly appreciated. Outside, you’ll feel an instant sense of peace and tranquility surrounded by horses, happy, free ranging chickens, abundant woods, gardens, ponds with some new baby geese chicks soon, open lawns and a fire pit for your restful getaway. I have a pup who monitors the outdoors... and to keep it uncomplicated, i cannot accept other pets. Asheville is about a 12 minute drive: Known as the craft beer capital in the US, there is no shortage of breweries. You don't have to go very far to find a plethora of trails in this town, including the mountain to sea trail which is easily accessible from this neighborhood. Located on family land granted by King Charles in 1685 we have worked hard to restore and refurbish in a sustainable way, using the trees and supplies from the land that they sit on. Hand crafting doors and furniture the way the family did it 140 plus years ago. The history of this place is deep, even the nails for the cabin and farm house that is now the clubhouse were hand crafted by my great grandfather in his blacksmith shop, along with the wagon wheels, horse shoes, misc farm utensils etc... there was no running out to Lowes to pick up what was needed, it was made in the blacksmith shop. We love riding ATV's and SXS's on the trails on the mountains that I grew up on with my 3 brothers, we hope the people who visit and experience the mountains feel about them the way we do, we love em. We like to give riding tours and talking about the mountain and its challenges. We named the park from the famous product that was created here during prohibition, Cherry Bounce Moonshine. You can visit some of the original still sites on the mountain, of course they are not operational today. About the adventure co side, We are an adrenaline pumping ATV and SXS park with 25+ miles of mountainous trails at four skill levels; Green (Easy), Blue (Challenging), Black Diamond (Very Difficult) and Double Black Diamond (Most Difficult). You can bring your own ATV or SXS or rent one of ours. We have cabins & camp sites that are accessed by ATV or SXS on the mountains as well as hiking or biking. We do not allow jeeps, trucks or dirt bike motorcycles on the mountain, just ATV's and SXS vehicles.

What a jewel in the Asheville and Black Mountain area! Andrea and her Hipcamp are worth checking out. Enjoyed her relaxing space in the mornings and evenings as my son and I explored the hiking in adjacent towns. Conveniently located, yet isolated enough to get away. She has creatively taken a large space and sectioned it off with hanging doors and windows that provides adequate interior separation and relaxation. Cozy and beautiful. I recommend and hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Danielle’s tiny house! The location was ideal, just a short drive to both Asheville and Black Mountain. The house was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and stocked with everything we could possibly need—truly a home away from home. We loved the fresh eggs and enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit in the evening. Getting to see the chickens and turkeys roaming freely around the property was such a unique and charming touch. This is a peaceful, well-cared-for spot that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Danielle!

This is a side view of the yurt tent. Its built on a platform so you can camp up off the ground and on a flat surface. There are m any potted plants at this camp. If you have always wanted to garden but feel like you couldn't because of whatever reason you can here. There are old milk jugs you can fill with water and water the plants, harvest from them and use them in dinner. For example, harvest a pepper and roast it on the campfire. Add it to your burger for a nice zing.

Weekend Trip to Triple J Farm and Campground
The tent site was excellent. It was very private, with clean sheets, comfortable beds, and a well-maintained tent. The kids had a great time playing in the creek and especially enjoyed hiking the small loop after dark to see the fairy lights. The bathroom was cleaner and nicer than expected, making the stay even more enjoyable.

If I could rate it higher I would, this was a great get away on a beautiful plot of land, the beds are comfortable and even with 8 people it didn’t feel cramped at all. They also had pickleball which was a lot of fun. 10/10

This place is truly one-of-a-kind. Tucked into the valley of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the property feels peaceful and secluded but is still close enough to Asheville for easy trips into town. The studio itself is rustic and full of character—clearly a labor of love built from years of collecting unique materials. Every corner has a story. Our host was amazing, friendly and communicative. If you’re looking for a peaceful, off-the-beaten-path place with tons of character and a true connection to nature, this is it. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to unplug and soak up the charm of the mountains. I hope to stay here again and can't wait to go back.

We LOVED camping here ! We are not campers by sport and are in no way, experts but this was amazing. The property is sooo cute ! We went on a walk and picked a basketful of blackberries 🥰 The goats provided everything we needed to be comfy, the yurt area was perfect for our small family. The creek, swing, grill, and all. We loved it ! A really bad thunderstorm hit the night we stayed and we hunkered down and made it through. It was an experience we will NEVER forget and can't wait to visit again. Our kids loved them panning in the creek, and the shower - the outdoor shower was the favorite lol

This property was absolutely fantastic! It is a little piece of heaven nestled I the foothills of South Mtn. The property offers peace, quiet and beauty with an amazing host that makes sure you're comfortable and taken care of. The property also hosts a slew of gorgeous animals including Highland cattle. The site is well-maintained, well stocked and provides you comfort away from home. Its far enough away from civilization to give you peace and quiet, but also close enough if you want to run and get a pizza or hit a local brewery. I will be staying again in the near future and recommend to any and everyone!
