There is another bedroom upstairs with a queen-sized bed and full bathroom. This bedroom has french doors that open to a private sun deck overlooking the tranquil woods and mountains.

The space
Open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, modern appliances and large island that overlooks the dining and living areas. The living area has a comfy couch and power recliner facing a warm gas fireplace that lights easily. There is a queen bedroom on the main floor that opens to a private screened in porch. The porch leads to the back deck with endless wooded and seasonal mountain views. There is a spacious, full bath (with tub) on the main level. Upstairs, you will find a large sleeping loft with a twin daybed, twin trundle bed, and twin pull out chair and sofa. The loft area has a door that can be closed for privacy. There is another bedroom upstairs with a queen-sized bed and full bathroom. This bedroom has french doors that open to a private sun deck overlooking the tranquil woods and mountains.
The living area and bedrooms are equipped with Roku Smart TVs to stream all your favorites (Netflix included)! Ceiling fans in every room!

We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin! It felt like a peaceful retreat tucked away in nature. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with all the amenities for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook meals easily, the WiFi worked great, jacuzzi was a nice bonus and the cabin itself was spacious and comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!

Weekend Trip to Tumble Down Shack
Richie was a great host and the shack was cute. The land is just uphill of the host's main house. You don't have to worry about the shared property because he respects your privacy. He said hello to us when we arrived and then we saw him again just before we checked out. It rained each night we stayed here and the shack kept us warm and dry.

I have to say, this was hands-down the best organized, cleanest, easiest, most amenity-laden cabin I’ve ever rented. So many details, from the embroidered robes to the bound book of instructions and recommendations. From the kitchen appointments to the coffee. There are really too many amazing little things to list here, but you could really tell the owners absolutely care about the experience their property provides. And we went panning for gold in the creek below the back deck and even found a little! It was incredibly comfortable and lots of fun. Just make sure you’re ok with stairs and aren’t too large to fit the spiral to the loft. I honestly cannot think of a single improvement to make. Didn’t even matter that it rained so much, because there was plenty left to do inside.

Rustic glamping at its finest! Our cabin was super cute and literally right on the river. The bathhouse is a short walk. It's also rustic, but the water is hot and that's all I need! We used the provided chairs to sit on the porch, cooked some steak on the grill, and had a nice campfire, with wood delivered right to our cabin on request. The host couldn't have been nicer. He checked in on us every day, helped us with directions, and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely come back again!

Clean cabin, more than enough space and beds for everyone. Kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and cooking equipment you would need. Having a washer and dryer was a plus due to all the outdoor activities we did up there. Easy access to a lot of outdoor attractions and towns. Host was spot on with directions. Definitely will save this place for another time up here in north Georgia.

The cabin was cozy and perfectly nestled right on the river—just steps from the water. Loved listening to the sound of the current, watching the campfire flames, and waking up to birdsong. Great spot for a relaxing weekend, unplugging (literally), and enjoying nature. The various hosts and helpers were friendly and ready to assist. It's not fancy, but exactly what is needed at a great value. When you normally tent camp, carcamp/boondock, hike/backpack, it's all an upgrade!! This was my 3rd visit and will definitely be back! Only couple things to note, that some might want to know beforehand: there are 1 or 2 'resident RVs' other than the campground host in the campground and some (hunting?) dogs across the river/road that bark occasionally.
