The property contains a Tree Fort for sitting/relaxing/hunting. There is a tree stand for hunting. 2-5 min drive to the local State parks that have canoe/boat access. 10-15 min drive to Deep Creek Lake. Close to Wisp Ski Resort. Close to BlackBear Tavern that has go carting, mini golf, food, beer, etc. Shed has a NEMA 14-50 charging port for charging EV's. There are also 9v outlets available outside of the Cabin for other appliances. I have camped several times on my property with my EV! Wonderful time! Recommend Heidi's Bakery for Food/Baked goods or Traders Coffee House for Coffee and Breakfast.
