Theres wildlife all around us and many right here. Possibly at your camp site. Only 33 min to State College Pa the home of Penn State University main campus and the Bryce Jordan Center. Not far from many great state parks like Black Moshannon, Bald Eagle, Kettle Creek, Sinnemahoning, Stevenson dam to list some of my personal favorites.

Not far from many great state parks like Black Moshannon, Bald Eagle, Kettle Creek, Sinnemahoning, Stevenson dam to list some of my personal favorites.

Pear Cove is a great place to stay. We have stayed several times to watch our daughter’s final season playing soccer for a local college. We have always had a great time with no issues. The pad is as nice as you will find with newly poured concrete and equally new full hookups. The pad is the perfect size for our 30ft class A. It is a quiet location in the country but only 10 minutes to Lock Haven University and any amenities you may need. The hosts are also awesome people that make sure all is as it should be. We highly recommend this location.

This was our first time booking on Hipcamp and I’m so happy we found Michael’s place. It was peaceful, quiet, private and relaxing. The location was perfect for us, being a short drive to State College. The port-a potty was much appreciated and being able to take a hot shower was a pleasant surprise. Michael personally met us upon arrival to help guide us where to park our truck and pull behind trailer, and to show us how things worked. The hospitality made us feel very welcome and right at home.

We came back for another stay at Riverside RV Camper Site, and it was just as peaceful and relaxing as we remembered. We enjoyed daily walks along the rarely traveled road that winds along the river. Evenings were spent relaxing by the fire watching the trains off in the distance. It’s a great location for exploring nearby towns like Belleville, Reedsville, and Lewistown, all offering great little shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The campground itself remains clean, quiet, and well-kept. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay with easy access to small-town charm and scenic views, Riverside RV is a wonderful choice.

It is a very lovely and picturesque camping spot. I would definitely go there again. You are surrounded by farm country in front and the mountain behind you. Gorgeous!!! I will say that you should be prepared for the Spotted Lantern Flies. That is not Yvonne’s fault, it’s just the current insect nuisance. They don’t bother humans though. I camped alone but I felt completely safe there. So peaceful. Just what I needed. Thank you Yvonne!!!
