The TINY HOME features:
• 240 square feet plus sleeping for five. We have one queen sized and two single beds in the loft area. We have a comfortable single daybed on the first floor. We provide towels, comforters and pillows. We ask that Campers bring their own sheets or sleeping bags. House features a small kitchen and a full bathroom with a shower. We recommend short showers due to small hot water tanks.
• Electric fireplace, and a split unit provides air conditioning and heat.
• Refrigerator and electric stove.
• Large wooden covered front porch.
The SITE also features:
• Wooded trails
• Three fire pits with plentiful free firewood
• 250 square foot pavilion with picnic table.
• Trails thru woods plus large lawn area

The loft in the trees was the perfect place to stay on a winter night but still be surrounded by nature. The outdoor mood lighting on the property perfectly highlighted the slow falling snow that welcomed my one night stay here. In the morning the land was peaceful with birds chirping and the creek bubbling slowly on my morning walk. The bathroom was Amazing!! Way better than anything I could have anticipated. This is a really well done Hipcamp and I would definitely stay here again. I appreciate Liam & Jolene for being so welcoming and for sharing such a wonderful space. My kitten loved being in the nature and away from cars and other people, thanks for having us!!

Very private . Nicely kept tiny home. Had everything we needed.
Bring sheets if sleeping bag and own towels. But I didn’t find that to be an issue. Great place for dogs as well.

Fantastic property! We rented the tree cabin but the tent sites also looked great. All the amenities you could ask for while still being rustic and private. We visited for our annual fall leaf peeping trip, but we fully intend to come back in the summer--we are excited to take advantage of the cute little pond for swimming and kayaking.

I booked the tree cabin to surprise my boyfriend with a one-night-getaway for his birthday, and we absolutely loved our time here. Liam did an incredible job with communicating important info via Hipcamp messaging, and he created a beautiful, serene atmosphere at Muddy Myst that made our stay wonderful. Everything was clean, private, and beautiful. We really appreciated the bathroom & common area amenities. We had an amazing stay and absolutely will come back and recommend to a friend. Our dog loved the adventure, too!

Muddy Myst is the perfect relaxing getaway!
The treehouse was cozy and inviting. Even with all the rain at night, we slept peacefully with the windows open. The magnetic screen door was a nice addition to keep the critters out. There are clearly marked trails around the campsites and “Hank’s Hangout” is well stocked with complimentary coffee, tea, filtered hot/cold water and a nicely kept bathroom with a shower next door. Our dog loved the beds outside and inside the treehouse.
Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality, we cannot wait to make a trip back!

Great property with great host. The amenities here are perfect for someone who wants to camp but have access to water, a bathroom, electricity, precut firewood, etc. We were so happy here. Big pond and lots of land to let your pups roam. 10/10

This was our first stay with Hipcamp and Lawrence and Carolee's tiny home experience for us truly amazing not just for us but the dogs loved it equally as much! They are the epitome of hosts and I highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone lucky enough to stumble across it like we did. The grounds are very well maintained and the amenities that they put into this place are topshelf! Thank you for having us! And we hope to see you again!!

The Tiny Home is just as it is described. Absolutely beautiful and stocked very well for anything you may need during your stay. It is obvious that previous guests have left items to be enjoyed by others, as did I. The woods and location are fantastic. Outdoor Ramada was such a surprise, thoughtfully built and equipped as well with campfire pit, chairs, picnic table, electrical outlets and a wonderful roofed space. We will be back.

Me and my family absolutely loved this tiny home!! Very cozy and clean with a beautiful view, it was everything we needed. Perfectly secluded but close enough to a store if you need one. They stocked the house up with things I didn’t think to bring which was so nice. Great place for kids if they love to be outdoors! My 4 year old had a blast here and can’t wait to come back!

The entire place was the perfect getaway! We loved the spacing of the three locations. Our tree house was adorable, and had a very comfortable bed. The pond was unbelievable- clean, clear, and stocked with toys- kayaks, paddle boat, and more. We will definitely recommend it, and be back!
