It will most likely sleep 6-8 depending on bedding I can fit inside. Until then I'm happy to rent it out empty like a big tent. We are currently working on a big outdoor kitchen, where we will have pizza ovens, canning facilities and a beautiful place to gather in the woods. Again still a work in progress. Some spots have fire pits. Again depending on time of year and heat conditions. Because we have so many trees, we have to make sure no fires are to close to any tree's. Noti used to be called Portola, but was changed when the mail was mixed up with Portland. There is a cute story/fable we can share with you about the Indian and the cowboy. We don't have neighbors very close. Noti Proper is a post office, Store/has station and Pub. It is walking distance but far enough away. Great for when you need it out here. The town of Veneta is 5 miles away where you will find Ray's, Dairy Queen, BiMart, Taco Time, Subway, Pizza, Autoparts store, Ace Hardware and more. It is a small town. 14 miles farther up the road on 126 will be Eugene. The Lake is in between.Simple and peaceful. Can watch the train access the street and up the hill in the trees when it goes by. Listen to the birds singing daily. Nights are dark, as there are no city lights. Small store, gas station, and pub near by. Organic small gardens going on. Apple and elderberry trees. Surrounded by the Noti Creek. Currently we offer outdoor sink with cold running water attached to the hose. Portapotty We have milk jugs with frozen water available for coolers, so people don't have to buy ice. ( As long as we can keep up with the demand.) We are close to Mallard Creek golf course, excellent turkey hunting in the area, 30 minute drive to OSU, about 1 hour to University of Oregon. For outdoor enthusiasts, Moon Shadow Meadows boasts a 1.5-mile mountain bike trail suitable for hiking, running, and wildlife viewing. We are Located just outside Westfir/Oakridge, Oregon, we offer proximity to fantastic Mountain Biking and recreational opportunities. Two charming towns, are a mere 5 miles away, featuring a great pub (The three-legged Crane in Up Town Oakridge), The Willamette Mercantile (Great Bike Shop on HWY58), 2 fantastic and knowledgeable mountain bike shuttle companies, (Cog Wild & Trans Cascadia Excursions) No WIFI onsite nearest is covered bridge area, down the road. We are located on what used to be one of the stagecoach stops on the Applegate Trail. There is an ancient tree that was if the oral story of the land is accurate, the Trading tree. It was the place where swap meets between the local native tribes would gather and bring their firs, and other goods to trade with the white traders of the time. It's a peaceful place to be, the property backs up to timber property. It feels more isolated than it is. The nearest neighbor is 1/4 mile away. Learn more about this land:You can pitch a tent in the middle of 80 acres and feel totally isolated. Wr have a camping area on the front half of the property. Because of storm damage, there's a lot of downed trees and broken limbs further into the land. We are trying to get the land under control but it is slow going. You are welcome to drive up on the dirt road and a quad could be used but there are no riding trails.

Learn more about this land: One mile from I-5, you may pitch your tent or park your van beneath some fir trees at the edge of a small meadow bordering Elk Creek. Feel the restful flow of water bringing tranquility. Follow hiking trails along the creek, through groves of trees, or play in the singing creek. Above the campsite by the creek there are parking spaces next to a garden and apple trees, beneath which is a faucet with drink safety hose. Here is but a short walk to the campsite and a wagon is near by to help you to transport your tent and supplies if you'd like. Near the campsite is a trail going through a small copse of trees that leads up to the red barn. At the entrance to the barn is a bathroom complete with with sink and shower. Towels are not provided.

This secluded rustic/primitive dry camp will accommodate Tent and RV set ups as well as horse camping, fishing, swimming, kayaking, with walking access to the North Umpqua River. You can also go hiking or horseback riding on over 7000 acres of BLM land. Only 12 miles to the city of Roseburg or Sutherland. Easy access from I-5. Guest note: we rotationally graze our cattle (while the campground is open for business) in the months of February/March/April/May/and early June. Message before booking if you want to know if the cattle are on the grounds when you wish to say. They are docile yet curious but pose no threat to campers.

We've opened up a bigger space to the creek and going to Make bigger and better ponds and swimming holes. It's much needed. Thank you having patience with us as we are making improvements. It will make camping experience more enjoyable as well for the future. Also, We are putting up a 20' Tipi this weekend and we plan on fixing up the inside proper and will be renting it out to those interested in sleeping in a Tipi. It will most likely sleep 6-8 depending on bedding I can fit inside. Until then I'm happy to rent it out empty like a big tent. Sleeping 6-8 but you will need to bring your own cots, bedding etc. Just text me for details. We have 2 year round running creeks and 3 beautiful forests. We are a work in progress, but we have a year-round working farm. We grow our own food, flowers and animals. We are currently working on a big outdoor kitchen, where we will have pizza ovens, canning facilities and a beautiful place to gather in the woods. Again still a work in progress. Some spots have fire pits. Again depending on time of year and heat conditions. Because we have so many trees, we have to make sure no fires are to close to any tree's. Again, please Ask before burning. No random burning unless oked by land owners. Thank you for for helping to keep everyone safe. We have numerous ponds throughout the property and swimming holes. We turned the 4 stall barn into a music room where we gather and host events. Soon we will have designated Spots, equipped with fire rings. We will have teepees, tree houses, glamping tents. As of now we have room for numerous big groups spots for tent camping. Soon we’ll have plug-ins for RV and fifth wheel travelers. We have alot of space to camp and still have your privacy. Currently we have an out house and hose shower and you can also use the potty Under the Star's. We provide Toilet paper and try to keep stocked but, just ask if outhouses are out of paper. There are lovely walking trails throughout the property and tranquil sitting areas. We will update our progress as it happens. Hope to see you soon.. Remember to bring your own cooking equipment like grills. There's a cleaning station near shower. Water is straight from the well and beautiful drinking water. Aloha Remember, Pack in Pack out any and all trash. Also please Use designated compost areas of only compostable foods. No Meats or meat grease.
