Three Ponds Community

Three Ponds Community is a small mindful yoga community of friends. We have two families living on the land with one more in her tiny home. Joe and Hailey also own and manage Be Love Yoga Studio in Tulsa and Jenks and operate the Big Om Yoga Retreat. 

We tend the garden year round and have a small farm of animals that include goats, chickens, ducks, a pig, and a miniature donkey.

We are excited to share our little piece of heaven with you.

Meet Maveric. He is our 100 in ttt longhorn steer.  Loves treats, loves attention. He's not our longest horned steer, that would be Smoke. 

K.C. Ranch

We are a 400 plus acre working family ranch raising  Registered Texas Longhorns. We offer homegrown steaks and hamburger for purchase during your stay.  In season we offer homegrown fresh vegetables you can purchase to go with your steaks- your welcome to even pick your own.  If fresh vegetables are not in season we do have a selection of salsas, jellies, and pickles made on the ranch.  There are three ponds for fishing, lots of wildlife including nesting baldeagles.   Bring sturdy enclosed shoes for hiking.   Bring your canine friend, they will have a vacation of a lifetime.  Pawhuska is only 13 miles away, if you want to let someone else cook your dinner. Rockin K Farms Spring Creek

This property is 10 acres that has a Crystal Clear Spring Fed Creek on it. We own both sides of the creek. The creek is a cool refreshing crystal Clear and peaceful place. Great place to takes in the beautiful and get one with nature. The creek changes with ever flood. At this time we have 1 big swimming hole to swim in. There are small mouth bass and if you want to try your hand at catching crawdads they are a plenty. May 1st we require a 2 night minimum for the weekends. 

Lakeside Point

This property boasts breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Guests can stroll to the water for swimming, fishing, or kayaking right from the campground's banks. While boats cannot be launched on-site, a boat ramp is just a few miles away. Boats may be pulled up to our shore for daytime convenience. Our intimate campground features spacious pull-through sites starting at 40x60 feet, complete with full hookups, eliminating the hassle of waste disposal upon departure.

The pavilion provides breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. It features an open area measuring 30x30 feet, complete with a full kitchen and two bathrooms. The surrounding space affords a private setting.  A great place for events including weddings, family reunions and more intimate gatherings.
The tiny cabin is rustic but functional. Although there is no kitchen, it has a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. The shower is small and can only be used for quick showers. However, the environment and views make the spot great for relaxing and enjoying nature.

SAMS TOWN is a one-of-a-kind, rustic hangout and pit stop put together by Samuel Hagen, an artist and landscape photographer. He used all sorts of reclaimed materials and rescued nostalgic artifacts that give it a unique vibe, celebrating the good ol' days and a desire to reignite community spirit. Right on Old Route 66, in Erick, OK, this spot mixes up some classic Americana feels with a chill roadside rest or an overnight stay. Sundance Camp on Lake Texoma

Sundance Camp is 80 acres of magnificent waterfront beauty located on Lake Texoma. Our property is gated and guest only. Each Tiny Home can sleep two adults and comes equipped with a small fridge, Bluetooth speaker, some kitchen items, indoor/outdoor seating, fire-pit, and grill. The AC unit will keep you chilly in the summer and warm in the winter. Linens are provided for the beds and the bathroom and our shower facilities are a short walk away.

If you're interested in paddling on the lake, keep in mind that we offer kayak and paddleboard rentals.

Lisa Christiansen’s Childhood Home

A place carved out of history dating back over 200 years ago. This is where history welcomes you to the Cherokee culture. This land has been handed down for generations and has stayed in the family beginning on my mother’s side of the family, Mary Ann Groundhog, the fourth generation great granddaughter of Sequoyah on the “Dick” side of my family tree. My mother was heavily involved with AIM (American Indian movement).

My dad was the last monolingual Cherokee. His name was Mack Vann, he was a man who loved culture and sharing it with visitors and handed down that passion to me. My hip camper site is named after my daddy, I am still a daddy‘s girl. The land originated before Sequoyah. who created the Cherokee syllabary. Sequoyah was my fifth generation great grandfather and I am very proud of my Cherokee heritage, I would love to share my culture, my tradition, and my passion with you.
