This property was the original location of Todd’s Fork Bluegrass Festivals back in the 70’s and is directly on Todd’s Fork with 1/2 mile of River frontage. We reside within the Village of Morrow, walking distance to restaurants and stores. The little Miami Bike Trail is approximately 1/4 mile from our entrance. This property is tucked away and you wouldn’t even know you’re close to town once you’re on site. Valley Vineyards is right down the road to enjoy a bottle of wine and cook your own steak dinner nights. Take a trip to visit Fort Ancient with a day hike. A Native American earthworks complex, the largest hilltop enclosure in the world and soon to be a World Heritage site! Enjoy some canoeing on the Little Miami River a State and National scenic river which is within walking distance. We have kayaks on location for the kids to play in the creek and creeks to hike with numerous fossils deposits. Southwestern Ohio is famous for its Ordovician fossil deposits. Kings Island is approximately 20 minute drive and the Ohio renaissance Festival is near. Caesars creek state park in Cowan lake state park is within a short drive. Smallmouth Bass fishing is awesome on Todd’s Fork and we have plenty of area to Wade fish.

During inclement weather, a single serve K cup style coffee maker and Microwave are available to start your morning off. Bear Pond does have garbage bags upon request. The land is very private, we were able to access the property with ease. The camp sites were distanced very nicely as we didn’t really hear or see anyone else. Access to the creek was easy, the creek water was very clear in nature. We did some fishing and caught 4 large mouth bass and a species I never dealt with before. After few forums the fish was skipjack herring know. As poor mans Tarpon. You can hear the coyotes late at night hunting animals. We didn’t encounter any wildlife like deer, or raccoons. The owner greeted us very next day. I would def come back during the summer time and do some fishing. Camp site 3 was excellent cause we like being away from people and being on our own. The location took me by surprise. The owner gave us a tip on hot tent camping, I had a stove was too close to the ground. He recommended some stone or concrete blocks. We went to Home Depot and got some cheap stone stepping stones and fixed our problem with the stove.

We loved RV camping on Frankie's land.. She was very nice and we loved her place. Sugar, the farm dog, made our trip even better. My dog and Sugar loved each other and I loved her too... Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful farm and wonderful ponds. Very close to our home but we felt like we was 'out of town'. Very nice sites... All of them would have been great. We can't wait for warmer weather so we can come back!

Great experience! The campsite was beautiful, private, and well maintained. Listened to the babbling of the creek and stared up at the stars. Not much more you could ask for from a tent camping experience. I would definitely book a site at this campground again.

This was an amazing camping experience! the sites are very private and spacious. the hosts were kind and have taken time to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The land is beautiful, the creek is accessible and lovely. This was our first stay and we will be back!
There are a couple nice restaurants near by (we ate at Fresh to Morrow) and an awesome bike path we will check out next time. We picked up records at a near by record store in an old elementary school building and enjoyed beers and a taco truck at the brewery 3 minutes away. We can’t wait to return and bring friends!

Great site for both tent and rv camping. We tent camped this time around. Plenty of dry firewood provided on site. The electric hookup had a 30amp to 15amp adapter for electrical needs and running water that tasted quite good too. Tranquility wildlife reserve is directly across the street - easy access. While the site is on a main road, the nights were quiet and traffic minimal. Mint mobile Cell service and still had signal.

Great site with lots of privacy. We enjoyed walking around all the trails on the property. Great setup with level, gravel pad to park on. We did not have to do any leveling. Lots of firewood to use. We enjoyed the little perks of the basketball hoop and axe throwing. We were fortunate enough to be there on a clear night that allowed for perfect stargazing. The surrounding countryside was beautiful adding to the experience. We definitely want to return.

Phenomenal property to stay on. The peace of the creek, open space to have to yourself, and separated from the nearby neighborhood made this location seem more than remote than it really is. Already have given a referral to a friend and am excited to try to come back for the
Revival in 2026 after talking to locals at the many great businesses/activities in the surrounding area!

We enjoyed our stay. The site was clean and easy to set up. We tent camped. The site is right next to the river, our kids loved it.
Both owners stopped by to say hello and check on us. Friendly and attentive. They told us about a swimming/fishing hole, didn't catch anything but we had fun trying.
Our only confusion was firewood; a 2x4 bundle is one of the squares in the firewood holder. There are 12 bundles in the holder. Sharing if that's helpful. We texted the owner and he replied back right away. Both owners said it was fine to cut and burn any fallen trees etc as well.
Would definitely recommend. Fun little area.
